Excellent!!! Cant be more happy. To be fair I was nervous about ordering but it paid off. I saved £170 from a rival that I shall not name and palletised goods were delivered within 5 days. I have just replied back to their after service email and feel really positive about using them again.
I am satisfied with this company I thought the website was excellent and I managed to find everything I needed at a really good price. I received an update email everyday until I recieved my goods. Good communication

I bought a radiator from them and it was faulty. I complained via customeer services, waited two days for a reply and finally got a replacement that was even worse. I have now been trying for weeks to get a second replacement but they have failed to supply one and are now blaming the supplier. I have now cancelled my order and want a refund but customer services will not reply to my emails and there is no phone number to call. It seems that all is okay with these people until ther is a problem with an item that you have bought and then it all turns to $h1t. I better get a refund quickly or there will be lots of bad reviews from me on the web and that's a promise!
It can be fairly daunting purchasing items online, particularly when you have never used the company/service previously and I am always cautious when doing so. I am pleased to say that on this occasion such concern was unfounded. I had to return the item however I am pleased with the service I have received and would not hesitate to consider Plumbworld in the future. My son has his own plumbing/gas company and due to the level of service I received he will be highly recommended to them
We ordered for the first time from Plumbworld. Our reasons were simple, we needed to trust their delivery date. We noted the shower we needed was in stock and we were really shocked at the difference in Plumbworld prices and Wickes/ B&Q. - £80! Seemed an offer too good to miss, we ordered at 3p.m we were kept informed of all progress. Finally to receive the item the following morning confirmed we had found a company that simply provide the best at the best price and deliver as promised, so very rare in this troubled world. I placed my order on Friday 9th April and received it just after 8:30 am on 12th April, and the weekend was in between. The boxes arrived in perfect condition, no breakages, due to them being so well packaged. When ordering from a new company on the internet you don't really know what to expect, I can only say from my personal experience of your company that I have been delighted and impressed with their attention throughout.

Ordering was so easy, and delivery was very prompt and courteous, in fact, the driver helped us to unpack the goods for inspection - they were perfect! We are most impressed by the robust yet very attractive appearance of the enclosure. The installation instructions are quite clear, but it is good to know that their customer services team are there in case of any problem.

The items were packed very carefully with bubble wrap that probably cost more than the very reasonable postal charges. The cost of the item was cheaper than anydiscount store.

I ordered a heated towel rail on wed and had it delivered today (Friday). I am always wary of using internet sites but I will definitely be using Plumbworld again and will recommend them to all my friends. The price was actually unbelievable I saved over £100!
How often have I heard companies say how good they are at customer service...and then never deliver it? This is not the case here.
I can tell you that I am very impressed with what I have seen from this company. I can't recall getting communication like I received from anyone. I have used plumbworld again as I was very satisfied with my previous order and I thought the email checking everything was ok was good customer service. The shower I have just ordered at a fantastic price - half the price of another web site
i found the plumbworld site easy to cope with - the pictures and the associated technical details were helpful. i liked the fact it offered me other products once i had put my shower in the basket eg a shower rail as i had forgotten that i had needed one! Would reccommend to anyone wanting bathroom stuff
Plumworlds web site is accurate and simple to use the only critisism I will add is the wooden bath panel was not available in 1500ml . It will need to be cut to size . Although customer service were very helpful when I emailed them with a query
I have been looking for this shower... A triton inscriptions mirror black for about a month now but did not like the price quoted. Plumbworld offered it to me at a fantastic price.
I am very suprised at some of the comments below as my experience has been top notch. I ordered a complete bathroom suite which arrived very well packed and relatively quickly. My only niggle would be paying a delivery charge but that is my personal preference, although the suite was cheap enough to pay it! I received quality goods and with a quality service the level of communication i received made it a great online experience

I think an insider is obviously trying to 'big up' the company!!
Firstly the website is easy to use, technically informative and has good photos, so I was reassured about placing an order.
Secondly the order process is one of the easiest I have used, and thirdly I was kept up to date by email with the progress of my order.
The goods arrived within a few days, the quality is excellent and the prices keen.
All of that means I shall be ordering from Plumbworld again; my wife now wants the next bathroom refitted!
