I ordered a CV written by this company on the 18th of June 09. Their website assured the customer that they would receive a first draft within 48 hours of your order (£42.50) and that a "consultant" would contact you to further refine your finished CV before postage/email to you.
After a week of hearing absolutely nothing at all and having had to prompt them to send the link to the page where your information can be entered i contacted them and asked where my first draft was.
I then waited until the following Monday before i received some vague and poorly written email (didnt exactly inspire confidence in the CV i was "possibly" going to receive!) The drift of the email was....very sorry....no idea what could have gone wrong....will look into it....the cheque's in the post bla bla bla etc!
Having lost patience and needing my CV asap due to pending closing dates for desired jobs i wrote my own CV and sent an angry email demanding a refund.
Two more days passed and still no response, no refund and still obviously no first draft/CV etc. Fat chance!!
Have now filed a mediation complaint with Google Checkout in order to get my money back. Watch this space!
Please avoid this company at all costs if you are in the unfortunate position of being out of work and needing a CV writing. Save yourself the money and use someone else or do it yourself as it will be far better than nothing which is what you get from this ignorant and time-wasting company.
