I too have had a bad experience from this company and am currently trying to get my money back via the credit card. What I don't get is when phoning the office is always closed - you would think that at least you should be able to leave a message.
I too ordered boots beginning of Sept, no sign of them. Pursued a refund through bank which I received, however last night imagine my surprise ... boots delivered and they are beautiful. Hang on in there I believe there is no malicious attempt to not supply just poor management and high demand. You may not receive your boots but you can pursue through your bank or building society, I paid on debit card and assumed I wouldn't get a refund but I did. Sadly would never use this company again, not worth the hassle and stress.
Hi ordered boots beginning of September, nothing. Sent emails etc etc like everyone else and eventually got money back from bank who have started the investigation. HOWEVER much to my surprise, boots arrived special delivery last night! They are beautiful. Sadly will not be using them again and wouldn't recommend the hassle I've been through to get them!
Like so many I too ordered a a pair of boots. The money was debited from my account the next day. No boots arrived. I tried phoning I sent emails no luck. I thought that because I used my debit card I would lose the £100. I contacted the fraud department of my bank, filled in a form sent copies of emails and 2 weeks later had £100 credited to my account. So dont give up. I have ordered from Duo boot company in the past, they are great.
Just an update - I contacted my credit card company who sent me a claim form and I printed off just some of the emails I had sent them. I sent the form on a Monday and Tesco had credited back my money by Thursdsy. ALWAYS approach your credit card company first. And NEVER use the Fitted Boot Company....
