Bought a dinning room suit oct 2008 after many e-mails to find out when it would be delivered it was delivered and left on the drive way Christmas week without warning our neighbour saw it and placed it in their garage till we came home .In june 2009 we saw many cracks appear and the joints began to split.After many phone calls we were told to send some pictures.
They decided to replace it which they did and was ok.But they did not give us any pins to stop it from moving too and fro when you touch it. Phoned them of this problem sept 2009 still nothing and i now have a moving dinning room suit. thank you solidoakwarehouse
