I ordered a k7.85 pressure washer on friday 19th from cleanstore for promised next day delivery so i hoped to recieve it monday. I recieved email on monday stating there was problem with address. I phoned on tuesday to sort it, could not get through so left a message. No one returned call so phoned again wednesday, found the problem to be a letter missing off the end of my post code which could have been easily rectified. However was promised delivery thursday, none came so phoned again friday to confirm delivery as i was waiting in. I was told that they think its been sent but would check and call back. I waited over an hour and phoned again and spoke to renell who told me the guy i had spoken to had gone for lunch. Eventually he phoned back to tell me that no, my pressure washer had still not been sent. Not a one stage did i recieve any type of apology which leads me to believe this is a common occurence for their staff. I have cancelled my order have and now have to rush out and buy one from a store. It amazes me how companies like this keep operating especially in this current climate. Dont be fooled by their own reveiws on thier own page as tried to leave one on there but was unable. I strongly recomend you use another company to avoid hassle and dissapointment!
