Be aware this company seem to be trading as Car Heaven in Dargate, Kent amongst other names. When you go on click-cars.co.uk and visit their website (www.carheavenkent.co.uk/) it redirects to www.kentcostalcars.co.uk also the address is the same. The companies advertise on Autotrader and Click-Cars.co.uk that I have found. The main description I found on Autotrader of the car did not clearly state this was an insurance write off and it's category.
As I did not realise this, went to look at a car, from the outside it looked fine. Never told it was a Cat D write off during my visit and before I paid the deposit, only found out when I did a HPI check later that day. Be aware they write on the back of their invoice about the cars being accident damaged, but nothing specific about the car you are looking to buy. The wording is designed to wrap you up in legal loops, and they do not bring these conditions to your attention or explain them before you sign, they slid the invoice across the desk in my case and asked me to fill in my name and address, so I couldn't see any text on the reverse.
Arranged and inspection by a qualified engineer which stated the car had chassis issues, and other issues with pipework and steering alignment. I stupidly paid a 10% deposit, and the small print on the back of the bill says they will not give you a penny back, the phone contact confirmed this, and then stated he could sue me for the rest of the money if he wanted to, also claimed he was in law school for 2 years.
Please steer clear of this trader. In my experience they not up front honest about all aspects of the car, and from the report I commissioned possibly the cars have sub standard repairs. Remember MOTs do not check all aspects of the vehicle.
This experience taught me an expensive lesson regarding investigating the seller, their history and next time to fully read what ever they slide across the desk to you, as they will potentially use this information as their defence.

Steer clear of this rogue trader, that is not up front honest, and selling poor quality vehicles.
