My elderly mother had windows and a new front door supplied and installed by Windows First based in Kenilworth, she paid them in good faith beliving they were a reputable company, on closer inspection the windows were very poorly fitted and some units were damaged I feel sad this company feels the need to take advantage of people who saved hard to afford abit of warmth in there old age.
