Finally got my money from this joke of a company.
Had to go round in person with a invoice, and got my money in cash. Had the last laugh as he picked up a parking ticket on his white van :-).

Sold some records to these jokers never recieved payment for them.
Invoices sent registered delivery where never signed for. Complete scum avoid like the Plague!
Now starting proceedings in the small claims courts against them. Like to hear from any of the above users in how they got on with these T*ssers.

I ordered some records and a record bag from DMF a few days before New Years Eve,and paid £15 for next day delivery in the hope of receiving them in time for a NYE gig. 2 weeks later,I was still waiting for them and so gave them a call. I was told that the delay was because the bag was out of stock at the time but it has since been dispatched and would be with me over the next couple of days (what about the next day delivery?!?!). I told them I no longer needed the bag, and he told me to return it once it arrived and they would refund me. Another couple of weeks, and still no records or bag. I received my Credit card bill, and after realising that I had been charged for the transaction, became very annoyed. I called them back again, and was asked to forward a copy of my bill, highlihting the transaction, and I would be refunded straight away. That was about 4 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting. I attempt to contact them on a daily basis, and no body answers the phone. If they do, they just hang up again. I have since contacted my credit card supplier, and disputed the payment. It is currently being investigated. I would advise anybody thinking about buying records or DJ Equiptment over the internet to steer well clear of this joke of a company.

I used the company to order some Dj equipment in November 2004. They took my order and debited my account but never sent the goods. I have continuiously rang them about a refund, however the manager is never about and he is the only one who can give a refund. When i eventually spoke to the manager, he accused me of harassing his staff and said he would process the refund in his own time. Now 3 months on i have never recieved either the products or a refund.

i have had the same trouble with records. last thursday i paid for a £300 deckstand with £20 next day delivery charge,however i found the same stand at another shop cheaper so rang back to cancel only to be told that they had already despatched it which meant i should of had it on the friday. it never came so i rang back only to be told it would be here saturday and if not then definately by monday. it never came monday so i rang AGAIN, the twat in the shop said they had no record of having sent it and hung up on me!! i called straight back and he said they were very busy "mate" and put the phone down again. i have been phoning at least 3 times a day and all i get is the same prick saying the same things to me!! the money has left my account now and i still have no stand. i have made a complaint to the TRADING STANDARDS and they are currently investigating this joke of a company. they cannot treat paying customers in this way and i STRONGLY advise people to do their business elsewhere HARD TO FIND RECORDS IS THE BEST SHOP FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! its only cos they didnt have what i wanted that i went the arsehole of the earth known as...DANCE MUSIC "SORRY WE ARE TOO BUSY TO SEND YOUR GOODS BUT WE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY" f**kING FINDER!!!

Record has finally turned up, a week after I cancelled it. I now have two copies, as I had ordered it from another company. Top marks for comedy service.

I ordered a record from them 6 weeks ago, when I ordered I was told it would be 2-3 days for delivery. I heard nothing from them, so after a week rang them to be told that the Royal Mail hadn't picked up some deliveries, would be 2-3 days. I again heard nothing for 10 days so rang back and was told the record was cracked and they thought they could get another one. I've now waited another 2-3 weeks and I've still not received anything.

Rang up 2 days ago to be told that they think it has been returned, but could I ring back in 10 mins to check with the "returns manager". I rang back again to be told ring back later. I've rung today and and been told their "systems are down". Guy I spoke didn't sound that interested, he's probably heard it all before.

Avoid.
