I have had the run around of a life time!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!! I had an e-mail saying i have won a 3000 holiday. When I phoned them up they told me all about this great holiday i was going to get for free. Then right at the end of the call I was told I had to pay 580 towards the holiday, I was a bit taken back by this so I said to the guy I will call back if I have the money, the next thing I know my card doesnt work when I try to use it, so I phone up the bank and they say there has been some unusual activity on my account. So they go through all the transactions and then right at the end they say do you know summer bay because they have tryed to take about 500 out of my account ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCATIONS!!! so my card was stopped. I am now on the phone to summer bay and they saying I gave authorization when I told the guy NOT TO TAKE ANY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT and i may phone them back IF I get the funds. I am now awaiting a call from thier financial manager. If anyone can please tell me the head office address I would be very greatful as I am going to take this further. Thanks Tess
