I ordered a item from Woolworths on the 5th Dec for a christmas presant.. I was getting a bit edgy about it being delivered, so a week before christmas I rang them up to ask about it.. I was informed that I should recieve it within two or three days.. That would be perfect..
Anyway, I was gutted when it didnt arrive for christmas and so I rang them back and explained that I didnt want it now, as it was supposed to have been a christmas prezzie. They were very understanding and put the money back into my account within a couple of days..
I was very pleased with the customer service that I recieved although I was gutted about not getting the item that I had wanted, but there, we cant always have it out own way... :-)
Over all they were an excellent company to deal with
Woolworths wishaw branch. Very helpfull / polite sales assistant. Phoned for a sat nav and informed they had only 1 left. She put it behind the counter till i collected. Sat nav cost me 144.99 from woolies - halfords wanted 189.99. Top marks to woolies wishaw.
