I brought an Ecko tracksuit for my sons birthday early in December from the Colliers Wood branch. The first time I washed it, it shrank. I took it back to the store and they insisted that it had to go to head office and be tested and that it would take 7 days. On the 6th day I went back and she said that I had to wait for the 7th day, I replied that the 7th day was a Saturday and head office would be shut. She refused point blank to help in any way, shape or form. I have now been told that I wont get an answer until 28th December at the earliest. The whole attitude from this company is one of the customer is always wrong
The most shocking, disgraceful and appaling shopping experience of my life thanks to JD Sports Wimbledon. Was verbally discrespected by a member of staff merely for enquiring if they had a pair of trainers in a particular size. Having complained to their head office, I was assured the matter would be dealt with by the Area Manager- to date I have had no update.
This company seems to make a habit of employing kids with extreme attitude problems who believe a day's work consists of stading about chatting to their mates all day, giving the impression to any customers that they are a seriously unwelcome inconvenience and overall delivering a sub zero stand of Service.
I have had bad experiences in many different branches of this store London - wide and have decided it's now time to take my custom elsewhere - I would recommend everyone else do too
my daughter age 10 picked 2 items from a sale rail priced 2 for £30 and a top for £15 at the checkout they tried to charge me £79 I was told one of the tops was not in the sale even though it was on the sale rail with the sale price tag clearly showing on it my daughter was devasted as it was for christmas but the manager was not bothered
