Worst ever Customer services on the earth i naver get this kind of customer services E2SAVE is worst they send me new contract with faulty phone is broken and scrached and i ask about to exchange or cancel the contract and they said u have to keep this contract otherwise recovery people will come to you house to recover the money and if you need to exchange the phone have to pay £20 i said it's not my fault i' received the faulty phone still they said whatever we will charge £20, and one guy on the customer sevices told me it's free to call customer servies on 0871 number and they charge me as well about £11.
i rang and ask them to speak to a manager they said no you can't speak to a manager bcz you have't got any issue to speak to them, in sense if i am paying £40 contract and i have received the faulty phone that's nothing for them worst worst worst service in world

I had a phone from E2Save before and was happy enugh with it. But then I got a new one earlier this year. This was a Sony D750i and they said they didn't have any in stock to replace it. They offered me a K750i (the same, but unlocked and red in colour) but I would have to pay £120. It's not my fault they sent me a faulty phone, but they won't let me cancel my contract (had the phone for over 7 days) and they won't send me a new phone without more payment. I have had to spend a long, long time on the phone (10 calls) before I realised I might as well just give up on them. The company's ok if nothing goes wrong, but as soon as something does you are in big trouble. Their customer service stinks like month old fish.

attracted by deal on Sony Ericsson K800i on this site, 12 month contract, 12 months at half price on Virgin 30, free phone.

What a mess!! I ordered 2 phones , one for the wife, they arrived as promised but had different menus on them, and again these were different to the menus at Virgin who tried to guide me through. The 1 button was not programmed for voicemail either.

Anyway, contacted e2save cust. care, who siad it was a network issue, contacted virgin who said it was a phone issue, contacted Sony Ericsson, who said that they had no control over the firmware in their phones and told me to get the phone changed by e2save.

Went back to e2save, they sated that because I'd put the sim in the phone, the 7 day cancellation period was invalid. Nothing got done until I mentioned "trading standards", then she was able to get me a refund on my phone, however on my wife's phone we had asked to get the number ported, so they could not syop this. 2 weeks on I have just managed to get an exchange authorised, this takes 4 days, unlike most 21st century companies, with e2save you have to send the phone back, they check to see if faulty, if so they then send a replacement, this takes 4 business days (not include weekends). I spoke to an exhange person yesterday Phil his name, he was the only one on exchnages started the morning with a backlog of 93, by 5pm had got it to 80, this works out at around 4 days to sort, not the 24 to 48 hours they promise when you get through. I have written to the correspondnace team, for compensation, I have also written to carphone warehouse who own them, but they are totally separate, I won't be too surprised if Charles Dunstone gets rid of e2save customer service and lets CPW manage the customer service, so the Karens etc will be without jobs!! So who will they be rude to now!!

Hi All,
Thanks for your comments about this company. I wish I had read them sooner! I am trying to obtain an email address to send them a notice of cancellation. I notice that it is very difficult to find one! My experiences with this company are, having ordered and received a phone in October, it was never actually activated and subsequently I have been unable to use it. Despite phone calls to e2save which blamed the service provider (Virgin) and calls to Virgin which blamed e2save, I placed the phone in a drawer and waited for somebody to notice it was missing from their stock. This week, (3 months later!), somebody decided to try to start the service and charge me. Of course, I had already got another phone by then. A simple call to my bank cancelled the direct debit and I also called e2save to tell them they would be welcome to collect their phone. Their bullying tactics warning me that I can't cancel the contract and that I would have to pay for the year would be amusing, were it not that some people with a lesser knowledge of consumer law may actually believe this. Of course, the only way they can get me to pay is if a) they take me to court and b), the court rules against me. It is highly unlikely they will invoke court proceedings due to their costs involved and in any case, I don't think they would win as they are in breach of the contract by failing to provide a service. Anyway, please take this as another warning not to get involved with this company but if you already have and are being bullied by them - THERE IS NO WAY THEM CAN OBTAIN THE MONEY FOM YOU IF YOU CANCEL THE DIRECT DEBIT WITH THE BANK!

e2save....worst customer service on the earth.

Called more than 20 times for exchange of a handset. Everytime they just hang up the phone. No answer. If answered by some stupid person, no resolve of the issue.

If you to waste your time and money go for e2save.

CRAP CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you ever call e2save's customer care line, hang up if it's Karen! E2Save had to replace a handset for me because they had not set it up for my old number to be ported. 'karen' was extremely unpleasant on the phone. they also have poor communication with their delivery drivers. On my 1st day of being their customer, E2Save have already let me down!
