Kitchen purchased was not of the standard I was expecting. Fitting was appaulling. After sales service disgusting. They have very high tolerances!!! Area Manager actually said it was a cheap kitchen at £7200 + £2100 Installation.
We actualy found The Kitchen Studio (Luton)to be proffessional/couteous and a good company. The designer was the only one from a number of companies who actually asked us what we wanted. The fitter was excellent - fitted & completed in 1 week. Delivery was on time when we asked for it, some items were missing but they were sent the next day. Very happy with quality/design/look of finished kitchen
DON'T EVER CONSIDER A KITCHEN FROM THIS COMPANY they lie , don't return calls or letters, still without a kitchen we cancelled the order in writing as advised by trading standards and to this day have not had any such reply / refund /explanation from the company and have lost £4200 which was paid to them in full nearly 8 months ago.

Dont buy from the kitchen studio, they will get the measurements wrong, send you the wrong applicances, and not any optional handles, the team of fitters will be one person who wil take longer than planned, and custmomer services dont assist customers, once the deposit is paid you are stuck with them. Dont chance it.
