whisper, what does it matter whether your relative has terminal cancer or not? Why even mention it? If you're planning to file a complaint against this company, it will NOT help. Remember that they've heard everything, from "my hamster just died" to "i have aids" to "my wife ran away with the window cleaner". Whether genuine or not, it does not help your claim in the slightest. Don't go begging for sympathy. Believe it or not, outside of family and cancer related charities, most people really don't care. Not trying to be nasty, just trying to be truthful.
my brother,who is sufferubg from terminal carcer, has been getting 2 unwanted texts per day. His phone was pre-owned. It is costing him a fortune, as they are not re-acting to the stop command. He is PAYG with O2. Any suggestions?
