Having bought a dress with my Switch card from the catalogue KAYS, I returned it as the material was shoddy. I then received an statement saying that my "Kays Account" was £40 in credit! Never mind that I had not set up an account! So, what with holidays etc, I finally called a month later to ask them to put the money back in my bank account.They said my "kays account" had been automatically closed as they hadn't heard from me! Ha ha! Money spinner or what! I've told the cheeky beggars to put it back in my account NOW!!
