same experience ordered tickets for t in the park. Didn't arrive. Promised a refund. Hasn't arrived. Extremely rude on the phone.Going down the road of trading standards. Can't believe they can get away with this!!

I have had a similar experience to the rest of the people here: Bought tickets, they never arrived, refund promised, never arrived. I have been down the whole court/bailiff process now and am at a dead end as the bailiff could not find the company as the address on the website (and their registered limited company documents!) is incorrect. Can anyone tell me the correct address for this company? I would really appreciate it.

bought tickets off hertsboxoffice for bon jovi o2 arena 24 th june, told i would receive them week before concert did'nt arrive, then was told on the friday did'nt arrive, phoned them and was told there was a delay with tickets and that i would have to phone a man on his mobile between 6 and 6.30 to meet him and receive my tickets for the concert which was to start an hour later, alarm bells started to ring! tried the phone number before leaving for london as we come from the midlands ,was not connecting could'nt believe it and their office was now shut for the weekend. we had a room booked down london so took the chance drove down went to the arena early looked around then we tried the mobile number we' d been given at 4 o/clock just to put us out of our misery thinking no chance of tickets when we read all the bad reports off this web site and wishing we read them before parting with our money. the phone rang could'nt believe it then the chap answered told us where to meet him , so went there and he was there.the tickets looked ok holagram etc told him we never thought we d get them and better be genuine. we compared ours to others and asked staff on doors how could we check them ,they just said they will be scanned when doors open and to wait and see with lots of good luck.so the time came tickets went under the scanner and they were fine we were in what a relief.i will definately not use this company again for the stress it caused although we got in and saw a brill concert the way we got our tickets was very unprofessional.

Uh, oh. This is all bad news. Bought a ticket for the Jovi O2 concert tomorrow from these guys. And yes I'm still waiting for my ticket. The address I have for them is in Harlow. I've spent a fortnight chasing them and have been told one story after the other. These guys need to improve their telephone techniques - most unfriendly. First I was told I'd have my ticket by Wednesday or Thursday. And didn't. Then it was to be Special Delivery on Friday. And they confirmed on Thursday my ticket had been sent. But surprise, suprise - no post. I was finally told yesterday the official ticket distributors had sent them the wrong tickets and that's why there's been a delay. So now I'm to meet a gut called 'Joseph' at the venue, after the doors have openend. After reading the comments here, I'm not feeling convinced. But I'm not gonna let this rest. Going to the address I have in Harlow today and we'll see what happens. I will never use this company again

Wish I'd seen this two weeks ago! Another one caught! My own story I ordered a ticket costing £175 for Estonia v England 06/06/07 after phoning the customer service number and being told they had a ticket. Friday 3rd June a ticket for England v Brazil arrived from a company called 'Xclusive ticket'. Obviously being the wrong ticket it's of no use to me particulaly as I live in the north of England and it arrived day of the game. I have since been unable to contact Hertsboxoffice presuming that they ordered this on my behalf. That sinking feeling of being ripped off and dissapointed is not a good one and I won't rest until the matter is resolved. As I will be taking further action any genuine names or company addresses relating to Herts box office would be much appreciated.

Hertsboxoffice is a bogus company. They don't have legal entity and they provide a fake address on their website. We're lodging a joint case against them. Everyone who is interested to join us and try to get their money back is welcome. Please, email us on: bende@op.pl

Paid £375 for 2 tickets to see George Michael, was told the tickets would come 72 hours before the concert, they never did. Rang Sales number was told there was a problem & was advised to meet "Terry" outside the box office at 7pm on the night. Waited over 2 hours "Terry" never turned up, rang the number on and off but never got an answer. I am so gutted, this was a Christmas present for my wife who is a HUGE George fan, this could be the last time he tours & these swindlers are somewhere having a laugh at my expense. DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM HERTSBOXOFFICE.CO.UK YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!

i ordered and paid over £220 for tickets for the ryder cup way back in december 2005.rang hertsboxoffice in week before ryder cup to see if tickets were on their way and was told they would be posted first class to arrive the following day.this was a guy called john eddison. no tickets arrived and so i went over to ireland hoping the tickets could be posted on to me from home if they arrived late.nothing came ,could not go to ryder cup..on return contacted hertsboxoffice who have still not reimbursed me for tickets which they never delivered.their attitude was basically"we dont care and you cannot do anything about it".do not use this outfit...if you want to risk being fleeced!

DO NOT BUY fromthis company. I am still waiting for tickets to the Robbie Williams concert which is tomorrow, and have still not received them. I have rung several times to ask where they are, and have had the assistant put the phone down on me, rather than help me. This company are STEALING YOUR MONEY. Do not buy from them. Their pockets must be lined with money from hundreds of people.

My husband & I booked tickets from them for a pop concert. The day before the concert we rang them to ask if the tickets were on their way. We were then told we had to meet one of their agents at the gates. This was not in their terms & agreement. When we asked for a refund, they promised only 50%. They were laughing at us down the phone. Please do not buy from this firm. we have wasted £200 of our hard earned money! BEWARE

I bought two tickets (total £2,120) for the Champions League Final in Paris three weeks ago. I called them several times to ask them when they are going to send the tickets and they reassured me that the tickets will be send on Monday for Tuesday morning just a day before the event. Today-Tuesday- I have still not received the tickets. I call customer services but nobody answers. Their voicemail does not receive messages anymore.I find this behgaviour outrageous. I just called my credit card company to inform them about the situation. I hope that I will be refunded. At the end of the day they spoilt our day and our trip to Paris and we are going to miss an event that we were waiting with such an excitement. Never buy tickets from this company again. They are liers, manipulative and they treat their customers in a very bad way. I am thinking of taking legal action against them because such companies should not be allowed to exist in the internet.

I purchased two tickets for V2005 from this company many months ago. Despite continually chasing them, the tickets didn't turn up. We were told by a very rude man to collect them from the gate but of course, they weren't there! Herts Box Office stroppily admitted their fault and agreed to refund our money. But they never actually did. My husband and I have phoned them so many times, I've lost count. We have e-mails that say they will refund our money, and yet they haven't. Now, they vertually laugh at us over the phone and say "There's nothing we can do - the case is closed" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If you already have, I would urge you to claim your money back from your credit card company before it is too late!
