I recently bought a gift voucher online for a xmas gift, to find out that 5 days later the gift card is still in the process of being printed, they refused a refund....and I was charged an extra £2.50 processing fee and it still hasnt been processed. Not happy took customer services over 10 mins to answer the phone and then she sounded lie she didn't want to be there at all. Some customer services......

I'm disgusted with their costumer service. There is no one to answer the phone. But it's "24/7"!!! I would never ever buy from them again. There is nothing that you can write feedback on their website. I think they know how bad they are. I will send emails to my friends for not to buy any ticket from them. Yuck...

Ordered two tickets for this coming Saturday's Guinness Rugby final, got a good deal as I had a promo code which worked and the tickets came a few days ago. Happy to deal with again :)

After foolishly dealing with another ticket seller recently and being sorely let down - I purchased tickets to see Kylie in Manchester through TicketMaster - and what a pleasure.
No hassle
Not over priced
Received well in advance
Best seats in the house as promised.

Tried to cancel tickets after concert venue was moved, the web site is delibratley difficult to find out how to do this, which is in writing, and after writing ive heard nothing, however they dident bother to send me the tickets so they obviously got the letter, but just neglected to send me the refund. Why cant these companys have people you can speak to on the phone. Will never use them again.

Just wasted the best part of my morning sitting in a queue on ticketmaster website, occasionaly getting through and being told I had not selected an event - I had!!
Spent an hour doing this and being told the same thing, after they finally acknowledge I have selected and event they cheerily announce it has just sold out!
It's probably no coincidence that the only contact number they give on the website will connect you to a robot. In future I'll stick to being fleeced by the local tout rather than give this lot any money again!
