Ordered long sleeved football shirt and shorts to go with it. After waiting for ages I queried my order to be informed that item was out of stock so I asked to cancel order. I was then sent the short sleeved version of the shirt and completely different shorts. I was told that as it was their error I would receive full refund including postage. Only received partial refund and still chasing refund of postage charges. No response to recent emails so far.
Also, items are expensive and postage charges appear excessive.
another customer ripped off. ordered a shirt it came wrong, it was returned and i asked for refund and only got excuses. order was 3 months ago. in my opinion they have stolen my money. if you use this company you must be mad
Don't touch this company!! Ordered a footie shirt for my old man- paid via pay pal , they said delivery would be within 28 days & answered emails in a helpful manner saying chasing up but then stopped answering & locked me out of their site. new to internet shopping & unfortunately by the time i'd found the messages on this site & realised wot gits they were it was passed the 45 days paypal allow for disputes. learnt an expensive lesson. will check folk out on here first!!
They sent me the wrong shirt in the wrong size. After calling them the shirt I wanted was out of stock. My feeling is they send out any similar shirt hoping you will accept it. A refund took weeks to action and then they messed me around paying the return postage even though their terms and conditions state they will pay in full. Very bad business!!
very poor site never has stock as advertised. tried to order 3 items over the last few days each time site showed available but on each occassion shirts were not in stock.Very poor customer service and non exisistent return of emails.Do yourself a favour use kitbag or subside sports.
Didnt receive shirt at all. Told there was a problem with the delivery by lying bout the postal address, then asked for more money for another delivery. Dont be fooled by the impressive web-site its a con. Do not buy anything from UKSoccerShop, they will not reply to e-mails, phone or letter after they have taken your money. I am now getting my money back with my card company.
Fake Printing: The Printing of my shirts (Adidas Spain) was not official, despite official printing was offered and charged. Found out only last week. No response or refund. Pictures on file. Hopefully will get refund from credit card company.
Articles not available but charged, no refund.
Article sent in wrong size, returned, no refund.
VAT promised to deduct because shipment outside EU, not refunded.
Single shipment but separate shipment charges, no refund.
Total loss 120 GBP never refunded (5 months overdue as per NOV 2008).
Credit card company informed, credit card company compensated.
Communication and bills on file.

I have recently purchased a football shirt from this site, to which I have not received and am now being refused a refund!
The 'manager' of the company is in fact a lad in his early twenties, running the business from his bedroom. If anyone has Bebo, he also has an account on there 'bragging' about his actions!
My partner has found numerous blogs, forums and feedback sites with comments upon comments about UKSoccerShop! None of the comments being positive!
I have now taken the appropriate steps to retrieve the money that this joker quite rudely took from my account knowing he did NOT have the product I had ordered from him!
I have telephoned the police and gotten them involved for Fraud, the Fraud department from my bank is also involved and I have also contacted WorldPay who are another company like PayPal, who he uses to make money transactions from others account to his own! Everyone who needs to be involved have been, including Trading Standards. This joker has finally met his match! I urge NO ONE to shop at UKSoccerShop! The 'owner' of this apparent successful business is a con merchant!
I am glad I found another person who is experiencing problems with UKSoccershop. I ordered 2 football shirts on 3 May 2006 and have still not received the goods (that was nearly 5 months ago!!!). I have requested a refund at least 30 times and have been met with all sorts of excuses as well. After doing some research into this company I found it is run by a 21 year old school kid who runs his business out of his bedroom (although the website refers to him as the store manager). Very misleading and I would definately hope no-one in the UK ever uses this company!! At the moment I am not sure what steps I have to undergo to get my money back
Made an order on 6/7/06 and after numerous emails still have not received goods! Keep giving excuses. so i've contacted my credit card company to get my money back.
Don't buy from this company!!!
