How do these people sleep at night ?
Don't even think about booking with this website, it's not genuine.

i cant belve these people who do stuff like this it it sooo pethetic.i am contacting watchdog 2morrow morning i suggest everyone does the same.
why dont these people get a life stop being pricks and GET A REAL JOB! there good for nothing.
I rang my bank today to see what could be done about getting money back. (Anyone with a Visa apparently has cover for this sort of thing. Visa Crdeit cards definitely, Visa Debit cards probably...if you have one, contact your BANK, not Visa).
They require your receipt details for the booking, plus official written confirmation that the company has gone into liquidation before they can pursue the claim.
The problem is I have no idea how to get this written confirmation. Any ideas anyone? Has anyone seen any other liquidation documents for this company aside from the useless one that was given on the site?
BBC Three Counties Radio ran a feature about this company today. One contributer was the head of the Trade Association that represents Secondary Ticket Agencies. They are taking out a class-action to sue a Mr. Michael Rangos, the alleged head of Londonticketshop.co.uk. This man was also behind two other ticket agencies - Getme tickets.com and Ticket-tout.com.
It was also suggested that the company has now reappeared but this time based in Cyprus.
This company and others associated with it including londonticketmarket.com had a provisional winding up order made against them yesterday in the High Court. A provisional liquidator has been appointed and a full statement can be read here: http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/compulsoryliquidation/lts.htm
I work for a BBC consumer affairs programme titled "Don't Get Done, Get Dom", in which presenter Dominic Littlewood attempts to resolve issues which have arisen between consumers and companies.
Having read everyone's complaints, we would be very keen to hear about any ongoing problems to see if there is anything we could do to help bring about a successful resolution.
If you would be interested in talking to us, please get in touch at:
well we booked beverley knight tickets for nov and james blunt for jan 17th 08 on the same day, we didn't recieve the bev knight tickets and it took till 24th dec to get the money back. tried to get money back for james blunt but couldn't without forfieting 50%. so had to wait till today to see if the tickets came, they did 8am special delivery they were standing and we paid for front balcony £168, they had face value £25.we contacted the company by email and someone called to say we could meet a representative outside and they would change the tickets as they were sent in error,as ever we believe them! suckers!we arrived at 7.15pm and tried calling the number they gave us, you guessed, answer phone! kept ringing til 8pm then gave up, at 8.15pm we had a call he got stuck in traffic he had tickets could we meet at hotel opp. when we went to meet him he said his mate was parking car and gave these tickets for us,(this man tried to sell us tickets as a tout before we knew who he was!) Upper Balcony £25 Face value. we didn't take them as they looked dodgy and came home without seeing the concert that we'd travelled an hour to see.
please tell anyone you know not to use londonticketshop.com to avoid the dissapointment we've suffered twice!
Anyone who has been ripped off by this company MUST contact Watchdog. The more people who complain, the higher the chance of getting this lot exposed and shut down. Admittedly they will probably start trading again under another name, but something needs to be done. As the issue of ticket touting has just been put through parliament and companies like LTS are being allowed to continue "trading" complaints should also be directed to the Culture, Media and Sport Committee. Their web address is: http://www.parliament.uk/parliamentary_committees/culture__media_and_sport.cfm.
i paid £117.09 for 2 tickets for michael buble at s.e.c.c. in glasgow on 28th. nov.they took the money for the tickets immediately on 1st nov. when i ordered them.i got an e-mail almost immediately to say my order was confirmed and payment was successful.they stated i would receive my tickets 3-5 days prior to the event.on day of concert they still hadn't arrived.i had been sending them e-mails and trying to phone them on the number in hungary for several days at this point without success.eventually at 9.30pm on night of concert i got a reply on the phone.i spoke to a guy called ronaldez and he said the full amount would be refunded to my credit card within 14 days.i still had no refund by 6th jan.and sent about 8 further e-mails with no reply.by this time the phone line to the hungarian no. was also dead.i did receive an e-mail from ronaldez on 8th jan. to say he couldn't understand the problem as everything was in place at the bank for my refund and he was sorry for the delay and could only put it down to the holidays.i e-mailed him back and said this was rubbish as the holidays didn't interfere with my dates.i have heard nothing since and cannot get an answer.i have phoned consumer credit, trading standards and my credit card company who are dealing with it.consumer credit tells me as i paid by credit card i am entitled to a refund under section 35 of the consumer credit act.1974.please,please don't use this company as they are awful, tageting people desparate to see their favourite stars and robbing them of their hard earned cash.i am still luckier than a lot of others though,as some people have lost hundreds of pounds.
I booked Take That tickets for last night's final show in MEN Arena, Manchester. As about 30 other people I had to wait in the freezing cold for more than 30 minutes to pick up my tickets from "John The Courrier"!!! But it was definitely worth the await! "John" was very courteous and proffessional as he asked for our identification before he upgraded us free of charge to seats right at the front! No need to mention that the show was absolutely fantastic! Bearing in mind the horror stories that circulate on the internet about all thi sother ticket companies I would definnitely trust LTS again... in fact I have aldreay bought some nice seats for Dolly Parton next year.
Email i have sent to manager@ and info@
AS per conversation with Alexis I am requesting a FULL refund due to non delivery of tickets and those that were offered to me not the ones I had ordered as stated in my confirmation Order. They are also no where near the ones I had ordered.
I paid for a product I expect it as stated in my confirmation orderâÂ?¦ this wasn’t completed there for Contract wasn’t adhered to and broken under the sale of goods act.
I suggest I get an email back or phone call to discuss the matter
Take note to your FAQs
Once your booking has been processed, a security check will follow. Providing we have all your correct payment and billing address details you should expect to recieve the tickets 3-5 working days before the event. However, in the unlikely event that we are let down by our various suppliers we would notify you with sufficient time to purchase the tickets elsewhere. A full refund will then be issued to you. This does not happen often but is possible due to the very nature of the usually 'officially sold out events' we sell.
I do not consider less than 8 hrs sufficient time to purchase SELL out event tickets for a concert happening this evening. I have not got the tickets I paid for thus will be requesting A FULL REFUND as stated above within my terms of 14 days, subsequent to this not happening, your company will be reported to the highest authority.
Alexis from LTS has rung me 2pm... saying that the tickets are now available to collect from 77 oxford st... I ordered block a1 row 25 for alot of money... they dont have those tickets.. offered me lower tier bk101!!! I paid over the odds for near to front row seats to then get offered lower tier which is at the back. I refused the offer it werent what I paid for as stated in my order confirmation
I then mentioned about people collecting from O2 arena apparently this isnt what they offer due to fabrications?!?! any info on this glady appreciated
I kept going on about Full refund and thats what i want i will not accept lower tier as the next best replacement to BLock A1!
She then hung up... Very proffesional NOT
any more info please let me know kim.barnes-dallas@sky.com
I dont think this company has any tickets of its own to sell ! I think they take your money and then try to find tickets ignoring all emails from people trying to find out what is happening. This company owes me in excess of $1500 refund for Led Zep tickets,6 emails later nothing!Just about to take legal action against this company with the intention of a winding up order.Stay well way from this site it is a mismanaged company with no idea how it will fullfil orders for its customers.
well its Saturday morning 15th December and my tickets for the spice girls have not turned up. After emailing them many times this week I finally got to speak to someone who assured me yesterday that the tickets were being sent recorded delivery, confirmed the address and said I would get them today.
Well the postie has been and guess what no tickets. Now desperately trying to get in contact with a number I was given but no answer and the mail box is full.
Will have to continue trying. Absolutely disgusted with the service.
Hello everybody.
My name is Riccardo and I am writing from Italy: I am having big problems with these people and an English friend of mine is supposed to go to 77, Oxford Street on Saturday to help me find out where my tickets are. I am really, really disappointed.
Can anybody please let me know their opening hours and if they are open on Saturday. It would be really appreciated.
Thank you.
Same story no tickets etc so how about everyone on this site and elsewhere forming a group and getting this sorted. I sggest to start with that everyone that has email at work sends the message out to others not to use this site, also to friends to start with, and to do this every month to ensure that the name means bad dealings. whilst this is happening maybe we can get together to use the eu law to sort this? I dont beleive in just standing moaning lets see how far we can get, as the people taking the money need bad credit history we need to know they can not trade any way at all under any other name etc.
hi, i booked and paid for my 3 tickets for Take That in April for 3rd Dec. Alarm bells started to ring as soon as I saw they were based in Hungary, found this site and was quite concerned and disappointed.
i emailed them week before the concert, everyday asking if tickets had been dispatched, no reply.
I then sent email 3 days before concert saying the following:
I am writing to advise that as yet I have not received the above booked tickets.
Your terms and conditions state that the tickets will arrive 3-5 days before the concert.
Failure to deliver tickets as agreed could be considered a breach of contract.
Please be advised that should these tickets not be received I will seek legal advice if I do not get a full refund within 14 days.
I look forward to either receiving my tickets or a full refund.
Yours sincerely
I got a phonecall next day saying i could collect my tickets from their london office Monday 3rd Dec. So tried not to get too excited in case i didn't get them but found the office and got the tickets. YIPPEE!!!
So we did get to see them, the seats were great, fab views and all thoroughly enjoyed but don't think i'd risk it again by using this company.
Their address is 77 Oxford Street, London, no phone number unfortunately.
I have had the misfortune to deal with this company, whilst buying Take That tickets, I hadn't recieved any response from them 2 days before the concert and out of sheer panic did all I could to get my tickets - I tracked down the office they operate from in London and refused to leave until I got my tickets - not everyone was as lucky as me and are now seriously out of pocket, I have spoken with a police officer who has advised me that anyone ripped off by these people should contact their local police and get a crime number
I urge anyone who has been ripped off to report them - otherwise they will never be stopped. The more people who report them the more likely it is something will be done. - there is a word for what these people are doing (but I can't put it on here! google how to report it and you will get directed to the appropriate met police department!!)
Ordered and paid for Take That tickets back in March this year. Week leading up to the concert chased by email daily for delivery info - got no reply. Couldn't get through on the phone number. 9.45pm evening before the concert, got a call from "Alex" asking if I was still interested in tickets. When I said I wanted a full refund or I'd be taking legal action he asked if I was threatening him! I'm not holding my breath for a refund.
Last October I bought two tickets for the Kanye West concert that took place tonight. I have had the same problems with the London Ticket Shop as all of the other people that have left comments before me.
They tell you that your tickets will be sent a number of days prior to the event, they never came.
Numerous emails were sent to them, still nothing.
I even called the police to report them for it after reading other peoples reviews, nothing major came of it.
In the end, we had to wait for some dodgy guy to meet us there to collect the tickets, it was alot of hastle and it is a pathetic company.
We did get the tickets in the end, half an hour after the concert had already started with no appology or reason for his lateness.
BE CAREFUL, at least it taught me a lesson, always use TICKETMASTER.COM.
Its Saturday the 1st December 2007. I’m sat in my living room writing this as a result of ‘londonticketshop.co.uk’ not sending my Queens of the Stone Age tickets for tonight’s Bristol Carling Academy gig. I bought the tickets at the beginning of last month for myself and two of my friends for £45 each, as yet I haven’t been changed the full price of the tickets (as far as I am aware, the full cost didn’t appear on my last credit card bill), just the booking fee. I received an email on 2nd November informing me that my booking had been confirmed, I only became concerned a couple of weeks ago when I hadn’t heard anything else. It was then that I revisited the London Ticket Shop web site and discovered I could expect my tickets 3-5 day before the gig, by Wednesday 28th November I decided to send an email inquiring as to the whereabouts of my tickets to which I received no response. I sent a second email today explaining my lack of the promised tickets and that I will be expecting a full refund, which of course will not make up for my friends or my own utter disappointment.
We have booked 2 tickets to see take that on monday 3rd dec. Still no tickets have arrived despite 5 or 6 emails to them they have not replyed to us. They dont return our calls. The tickets are meant to be here within 3-5 working days. That leaves Friday and Im not holding my breath that they will come. This was a birthday treat from my husband, its caused upset and stress. On the up side weve booked 2 nights in London for my birthday, but feel so gutted that we might not see the show after reading these blags. Ive waited all year for this and ive been so looking forward to going.
