FANTASTIC GARAGE!!!! Sheen Lane Motors are simply superb. They went out of their way to help me in the miserable ice/snow weather and very so competitive re price. I was over the moon and have told my husband that we will not be going elsewhere. I used to go to BMW Park Lane and have been convinced by Sheen Lane Motors that local garages go above and beyond the call of duty. Am delighed a fellow mum recommended me to them and would whole heartedly tell others to use them too. 100% fabulous!!

I disgree as well with the bad comments as when i went to get my car fixed from them, I only experienced great customer service and prompt at fixing my car.

I disagree with the negative comments posted on this site. I was recommended this garage through work and was very impressed by their knowledge and by the quality of bodywork repair to my Z4 BMW. Management were informative and friendly. My wife has also been impressed with the service offered in respect of her BMW X5. We shall now both be using this garage for all are vehicle repairs. I would recommend this garage to others.
AVOID THIS GARAGE! Extremely unprofessional customer service coupled with mechanical incompetence. Aside from a complete lack of transparency as to what I would actually be charged for - the quality of "work" performed was EXTREMELY poor with second hand parts being charged as brand new. Save yourself my headache and take your business elsewhere!!!
I have had the exact same experience as Matto above. I was harrassed, threated verbally and made to pay for a service I was originally told would be for free.

I have used this garage for the 8 months now and i have not found any problems with the level of service that i had. My car went in as it had caliper problems.I gave them the car in the morning and it was done by the end of the day. Talk about fast service. Now the brakes are working better then they use to work.
this is a truly excellent garage for both services, repairs, bodywork and MOTs. I have used them for many years without complaint and would say that they are the best garage in the Richmond area. They are cost efficient, reliable and far better than nearby dealerships. The staff are friendly, personable and always on hand to help and assist. This is a welcoming garage for anyone who does not know of it already.

I have just put my car in with Sheen Lane Motors and they have made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable by trying to charge me double the initial quote once they had already taken my car to pieces. They invited me to visit the garage to see how complicated the job is which I believe is ridiculous as it would not mean anything to me. I checeked the quote with BMW (as my car is a mini cooper S) only to discover that Sheen Lane Motors was trying to charge me double the price of a main dealership garage. What's more, because my car was in pieces it would have cost in in excess of £200 to NOT have the job done by this point. I will be making a formal complaint to the Office of Fair Trading and would like to hear from anyone else who has used Sheen Lane Motors to see if this is standard practice for this business?
I spoke to a nice sounding guy who told me to park the car round the corner and they would provide a quotation for a speaking noise. The quotation was £225 so I went ahead with the work. He (Steve) called me the next day and told me that the price would now be doubled as it was taking longer than expected and he would not give me a total cost (why not?)so I pushed and Steve eventually told me somewhere around £500!!! but it may be MORE! I called a main dealer and they gave me a quotation of £209.80 inc VAT and fitting!! Steve then got very aggressive and I threatened to report him to the office of fair trading and he then agreed to finish the job for £250. In my opinion this company prey on women drivers and get their car into the garage by offering reasonable prices then they call you and tell you it will be double or more the quotation, at this point they tell you that they will put the car back together and you will pay the the labour charges so you loose either way! DON'T USE THIS GARAGE FOR ANY REASON!!
