Just found out about this. Paid £240 for two Neil Young ticket for last weekend. Tried contacting LTC by email and phone and got no reply. Turned up at venue with confirmation details etc as had booked weekend in London but didn't get into the concert. Husband's birthday present so everyone very disappointed. Trying to get my money back now.
I have paid for 6 tickets to go and see Take That
on 30th November at O2. I have sent 20 emails and have had no reply. I wish I had seen this site before buying them. I am still hoping that they will turn up !! Will let you know.
