I orderd and paid for tickets to Ire v Arg for the RWC in Paris. In the week before the game they inadvrtbnelt cc'd a load of people instead of bcc.. The e-mail said there was a delay with the tickets and they would dleiver them to our hotels in Paris. Of course the tickets never arrived. Nobody on the list received tickets and we have not recived refunds. They just ignore all e-mail contact. (They keep sending me e-mails to buy more tickets though!). There doesn't seem to be a whole lot we can do so would be interested to kow if you have any joy getting refunded.

Topticketshop (Ticket Shop S.L.) also stole from us.

We travelled from New Zealand to France for the Rugby World Cup and Topticketshop failed to deliver us tickets to the RWC final and supplied us Category 3 tickets to the France v England semifinal when we paid for Category 1 tickets.

The Semi Final tickets were delivered late on Friday night when we unable to contact them. The finals tickets cost £1742 and the semi tickets £956. I have repeatedly phoned them which I will continue to do.

I have also sent a number of emails and have not received a reply. Our tickets were ordered and paid for 6 months before the event which means we are unable to claim from Amex. 3 Months is the maximum claim period with most credit card companies.

I am obtaining the names of the company owners, directors and employees so that they can be named on this and other websites and so that they can be targeted individually. If you have any names please publish them on this and other websites.

I am in the process of hiring debt collectors or people who collect money from this type of company to ensure I am reimbursed. I will publish the names of anyone that can help recover our stolen money on this website and encourage others to do the same.

I had a similar experience with TTS regarding tickets to the French Open in May. The day before the event, they sent tickets to my hotel that were for different (cheaper) seats than I had paid for. I called them and they said that their terms and conditions allowed that, but that they would
refund the difference if I simply photocopied the
tickets that they had sent and proved that they were the wrong tickets. I did all that and got nowhere for a couple of months. They don't answer their phones, and they don't respond to e-mails.

They are basically your common ticket tout, and they seem to do this kind of thing with impunity.

I finally approached my credit card company (Mastercard) for help in resolving this. Incidentally, Mastercard just phoned
me this morning and told me that they had followed up w/ TTS's bank and somehow got me a partial refund of 200 euros. I would urge you and others to follow up with your credit card companies and show them the "paper trail"...your credit card company can put pressure on TTS's credit card company/bank....

We suffered as well, I came all the way from Hong Hong to be find out the tickets sold to us by TopTicketShop were stolen. While making the Police report at the stadium police station, there were various other people there who had also been sold stolen tickets from TopTicket Shop. I would like to take action against them, but clearly I need as many issues as possible. I have set up the following email address TTSIssues@gmail.com Please do email me if you have suffered similar experiences so I can make a joint complaint from us all to the authorities.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I have never found a worse company. Sit down - it takes a while. I bought two tickets to the rugby world cup final in March 2007 for £1600. Delivery was guarenteed within 10 to 3 days before the event. Big fat lie. Five days before they tell me they can't get the tickets until Thursday for Saturdays game so they need a hotel address. I give it to them and then phone to make sure they have it. They say they don't so I repeat the process three times until I can finally convince someone to take it verbally. What a bunch of incompetents! They say the tickets will be delivered on Thursay or Friday to the hotel. I ring them on Friday to ask "Where are the tickets?". I was then told the courier had them and would complete all his deliveries before the end of the day. The tickets had still not arrived on Saturday morning. I ring them again and they say they be there at midday. At 13:00 I ring them again and they say they'll be there at 16:00. At around 16:00 an empty opened envelope is delivered. I ring them and - you'll love this! - it's no longer their problem. So they use a courier person or company and they will not tell me who this person or company is - who delivers empty plain envelopes after many phone calls and a lot of money. What a sham of a business. I hope they get what's coming to them in a big bad way. I'm now waiting for the refund from Amex who should refund me in full as it's a simple case of paying for product that was never delivered. I hope the Amex terriers rip into these people.

i purchaed tickets off these in jan for tickets for man utd v west ham game in may and paid £330 for the 2 tickets.2 days before the game i received an e-mail saying they were unable to get the tickets and would give me a full refund. Its now middle of july and still i have not had a refund, though numerous e-mails and phone calls to them they just fob me off. There is a consumer advice in barcelona who people can write to maybe they can help in some way.

they delivered my ticket to my hotel in Germany the day before the matches for the world cup, i know they offered to deliver the tix 1 week before but at least they have delivered them.
and since i bought the category 3 tickets, they gave me a free upgrade for one of the matches as they had only category 1 available for that match.

The website now appears not to be working.

To the guy that went to their offices - do you have their address? Does anyone have any information on their location or any other details?

I am exploring ways of taking these guys through the small clains EU courts.

One can but try...

I can't believe I didn't read those comments before I booked. Last week I dished out £700 for 3 rugby WC tickets. After reading your comments, I tried to cancel but of course I can't. I am terrified that I won't receive the tickets & they are for a company Director & 2 senior customers. I certainly can't let them travel to Millenium Statium on the chance that there will be some guy in the car park to give them tickets. Is there anything I can do at this stage??

I had a very bad experience with this firm. The service they provide ends as soon as you paid your ticket.
I bought a ticket for a football match in Barcelona, sent them several mails, as they refused to deliver me my ticket at home, to know how and when to pick up my ticket. They only informed me the day of the match that I had to go to their office. In their office, they tried to give me a ticket for a lower category (the price I paid for the ticket was 4 times the price on the ticket itself) but as I was quite angry they eventually give me the category I paid for. Hopefully I knew the different categories in the stadium and they had not sent the ticket before !

i have a very similar experience. my experience is that they have taken my money, failed to deliver the ticket 7 days before the event, acknowledged their failure, but have not refunded my money despite frequent reminders. i am still waiting more than one month on from the event they failed to provide the ticket for, and more than three months from the time they originally took payment.

These guys are cowboys. I would advise very strongly against purchasing anything from them.

I had a terrible experience with them when I attempted to book tickets to the recent Ireland vs England rugby match. Having booked last December, they held out on my tickets and effectively forced me to cancel two days before the game to get my money back, since they would not guarantee me delivery of my tickets. At the time they were selling tickets to the game at 3x the amount I originally paid for them on their website. £1500 of expenditure on fights, hotels and tickets all went to waste.

They are nothing more than a common ticket tout that will rip you off if you book tickets early at a decent price.
