I beleive I was lucky.
I got tickets for the Merseyside derby, Liverpool vs. Everton 30. march 2008, as a xmas present from my wife.
Of course I was happy when I received the gift, but once I looked Topticketshop up on the internet, I got quite concerned. There are a lot of unhappy customers around, who have not received any tickets, and subsequently no refund either.
I my case, I got the tickets. They were delivered at the hotel the day before the match, just as they promised.
Therefore I consider myself lucky.
However, the tickets looked funny. They had names printed on them (not my name!). Also, there was the name of a supporters club. Which club it was, I could not see, because they had hidden the name with a marker.
Because of this, I was quite nervous going to Anfield, becuase I was afraid the tickets were fake og perhaps stolen. However, it was not a problem and I got inside Anfield and saw an excellent match.
I just wanted to write my story, because many of you must be wandering if the ever deliver tickets or if it is all fake.
As explained, I got my tickets. Perhaps I was very lucky.
Unfortunately, this does not help any of you guys, but I just want to say that I am very sorry for all of you.
To be cheated is a terrible thing and one just feels sooo stupid and helpless in such situations. Hopefully, you will all get your money back with the help of your bank or credit company.
This must be a joke. I think thats right they operate with tne name official-ticket.com .I bought 1 ticket for Chelsea-Fenerbahce game and they told me that i will get the tickets the day before the event. I left messages and called them but no answer. Finally i dont have the tickets. I paid 187 pounds for the match. I still cant believe they can keep workin.. Where is the police?? I am now worried that they will take more money from my credit card. Now im gonna call my bank and block my credit card. I hope they all die!!!!!!
I bought tickets back in November 07 as a Xmas present for my father for one of the six nations games. They cost me £424. I hadn't read anything about this company prior to the purchase but as it got nearer to the event date and no tickets had arrived I started to look around for info about them. Virtually ALL of the tricks they did to others were also done to me. NO response to email or telephone messages (until I started to mention 'fraud'); an EXTRA £30 being taken from my credit card on top of the agreed price, without my permission and without explanation; the top price long side tickets I had paid extra for turned out to be bottom of the range tickets in the gods on the short side. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AS LOTS OF OTHERS HAVE ALREADY SAID DO NOT USE THESE CON MERCHANTS.
I had a problem with them last year regarding tickets to the French Open. I ordered tickets for the front section (best seats), they delivered tickets for the back section (worst seats), and there was no explanation or anything. When I was finally able to get ahold of someone -- which wasn't easy because no one answers the phone and no one returns messages -- they told me to photocopy the tickets and send them back and a refund will be sent out soon. I did this and no refund was sent. Again, many calls and e-mails and no replies. Finally, about 3 weeks after the event, I got ahold of someone and she told me that they sent the correct tickets and that I was mistaken. Never mind that I had a copy of the tickets in my hand!
There was good news in the end, though. Please take note....I contacted Visa -- my credit card company, which I charged the tickets on -- and sent them a letter explaining everything and included all my e-mail correspondence, ticket copies, etc. I basically said that they ROBBED me and shouldn't get away with it and that Visa should use their "muscle" to force TTS's bank to refund the money. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes, but you know what, a few months later I received a phone call from Visa telling my that the money had just been refunded to me by Visa. Apparently, Visa got TTS's bank to refund the money.
So I encourage everyone to do the same. Besides dealing a financial blow to TTS, it will also indicate to their bank that TTS is a company not to do business with.
BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE LAST HOME GAME OF MANCHSTER UNITED IN MAY 2007 - 3 DAY BEFORE THE GAME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN NOT GET THE TICKETS. STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND !

Ignore Gren1's comments about topticketshop (see below). He's obviously part of their company. On another blagger page about this companay which he left 3 mins before the message here he says he got tickets for Ire v Arg and it was a great service. The english he uses suggests he is probably not English. These guys are (I can't use the straightforward word as the word checker says it libellous)"people who take you money and give you nothing for it" plain and simple.
I purchased 1 x ticket to Rugby World Cup Final, cost approximately 600 pounds. They claimed the ticket would be delivered on the day before the game. On the day of the game I had still not received the ticket and rung several times. I was given the run-around by their staff who kept telling me the ticket would be there soon. Needless to say there was never any ticket and I am now chasing a refund.
I am also making enquiries with consumer authorities in Australia to see what can be done to expose these people.
PLEASE DON'T DO WHAT I DID, CHECK THEM OUT...
We suffered as well, I came all the way from Hong Hong to be find out the tickets sold to us by TopTicketShop were stolen. While making the Police report at the stadium police station, there were various other people there who had also been sold stolen tickets from TopTicket Shop. I would like to take action against them, but clearly I need as many issues as possible. I submitted an earlier comment about this company prior to our event. No tickets for Ireland vs Argentina delivered. a whole lot of hassle. if you show any anger with them they get very high&mighty as if you're in the wrong. I've complained to Spanish Embassy in Ireland and lodged a complaint with the Consumer Affairs office in Spain. I've never had 1 return message from the ticketshop with regard to refund eur600. they're criminals / should be put out of business
i don't know where to start, dealing with this company has been the worst experience ever, i bought 7 tickets in march for the ireland v argentina match in sept Rugby Paris, on line, they took the money immediately, it came near to the date of departure for paris and there was no sign of the tickets, i contacted them by e-mail easily 20 times, also by fax and phone, i left message after message, eventually they responded with a trick type e-mail 'urging me' to send back my original signed receipt which luckily i had, then they said the tickets would be sent to my work place, and not to worry, then they said that the tickets were being printed late and they would be sent directly to our hotel in france, paris, i spoke to the manager a guy called Toni who said that i did not listen and must listen to him which was an incredible way to speak to a customer!! to cut a real long story short he said to go to our hotel in paris and the tickets would be there, needless to say we arrived on the saturday and waited all day and sunday before the match and they never arrived, i've been onto them since and they have not refunded the money (€1300.00) , i've also left the matter with visa to chase up. Not alone was i embarresed in front of my friends/customers whom i bought the tickets for, but i also incurred the cost of flights , accomodation, and wasted time. I could not say enough bad about this company. Did anyone ever get a refund? How are they allowed to get away with this? I am concidering going out there (Barcelona) i feel so strongly about this. Isthere any point?

Same story as everyone else... I booked 2 tickets for Ire v Arg in the Rugby world cup this september - i booked them through topticketshop last january and the money was dedected from my credit card back in January - i got the same emails about delivering them directly to my hotel but needless to say, they never showed up - now I cannot get through to them for a refund - has anyone been able to get a refund from this crowd? any suggestions about where they could be reported as it is clear that some investigation into this company is required....
I can not,like so many others it would appear, believe that I have been decieved out of £811 for two tickets for the rugby world cup semi final on Sunday 14th October 2007.
As other of my fellow blaggers have done I ordered my tickets many months ago, paying by means of credit card.I have received no correspondance from this company despite sending several e-mails asking for the tickets to be sent.
I also had excess money taken from my credit card account which was alegedly for administration fees for converting pounds sterling into euros covering the cost of the tickets.
I would be interested to know if any one using this company has ever received a ticket for any of the venues advertised or is this a totally bogus company which should be looked into by relevant authorities.
It would appear from all of the complaints already logged about this company that large amounts of money are being obtained by criminal deception.
I cannot understand how these people continue operating. I was foolish enough to buy RWC tickets for Ire v Arg without researching the company - the website looked professional and the company has been around for a long time (had looked at them before for tickets but never bought anything). They inadvertently sent an email to a load of people a few days before the game looking for another form to be signed and faxed back. None of us received tickets (due to a delay with the organizers they had to deliver the tickets to our hotels......). After a few e-mails to them they have replied saying they are checking it out with their courier and will get back to me. However, from the previous blogs I can expect a whole lot of nothing from these guys. Has anyone out there received refunds from these people and if so what did they have to do?
i've purchased 3 tickets for Ireland vs Argentina World cup Rugby 30th September in Paris. i've also had difficulty getting any confirmation re delivery date and have left messages and emails with no reply from the company. i paid for tickets at end february. a spanish contact i've involved, has had an email from them to say my tickets will be delivered to our hotel on time. i hope this is the case as we will be extremely disappointed otherwise and i'll go to my European MP if we don't get them. i'll post an update after the match. C'mon Ireland.
Have a very similar story. 'Bought' two tickets for the CL final only to be told two days before that they couldn't supply them. They also took more money out of CC than the invoiced amount and the bloke there keeps coming out with the same poor reasons as to why he hasn't refunded me.
My card company is doing a fraud claim and giving me my money back but feel like a mug for not checking the company out before buying.
Is there any way to get Google to ban the site? That would pretty much put them out of business
I bought 2 tickets for the French Open Tennis 2007 from topticketshop.com. They had sold me STOLEN tickets so we were unable to use them. They will not reply to my emails or telephone calls. The tickets cost me £600!
According to the French Tennis Federation they are not authorised to sell tickets for this event!

It gets worse still, I was told I would get a full refund within 2 days, I returned to england to find still no refund after many phone calls and emails I got nowhere, I was then told I would be updated in a week in my refund, the week went by still no update and still no refund, I chased them again and they told me my credit card company had refused the refund 'as if' I spoke to mu credit card company who have never heard from top ticket shop with regards a refund, THEY LIED TO ME, they then told me the refund process would take 30 to 45 days to complete, WHY . likily my credit card company stepped in to save the day but it is still ongoing a month after our return from Greece and I haven't received a penny of the £2830 I spent on the tickets that never existed. I was also ripped off. Same exact story as others...paid huge amount for top seating at French Open, received tickets at hotel day before the event with the worst seats, finally reached someone by phone and was told that I was out of luck and that they had the right to downgrade my seats (just look at terms and conditions). What a ripoff!!! According to terms and conditions, they do have this right but must refund difference. I've sent e-mails asking for refund(all unanswered) and tried many times to reach them again by phone, but no one seems to be answering phones. They are no better than the scalpers on the corner, except with them, you can at least see the tickets you are buying! I do not expect to get any refund back and wish that I can find a way to report them. Any advice?

When the tickets hadn't arrived 3 days prior (tickets were supposed to arrive 3 - 10 days before the event)i called them. i was told to call back at 2pm. When I did they told me to call back in 20 minutes. I called back after 30 minutes and after 20 minutes on the phone I was told the tickets were guaranteed to arrive 1pm on Friday. The event was on Saturday. 1pm came and went and the tickets did not come. Please do not use this company, it is a con.

However, I got over this, but the worst thing was that I never received the tickets!
I was trying to contact them a number of times, it was almost impossible to speak to somebody who spoke English, and when finally I got through, they said that they posted the tickets, but could not give me the tracking number! The girl I spoke to promised to give me a call back in 1 hour with the tracking number, but she never did. When I tried to contact her again, she did not answer at all.
I never received the tickets, neither my money back!
I would strongly suggest not to order anything from topticketshop!
