I'm a rugby player, love weight-lifting and keeping fit, therefore, I order supplements throughout the year. I constantly look for websites that offer good prices... I came across BodySourceOnline.

The website was great, the prices were very good, and they even had online chat to speak to someone at the company... so I ordered (Thursday night - 1st May 2008).

Next morning I received an email saying that my order has gone through and because I paid extra for nextday delivery, I can expect my order to arrive on Saturday 3rd May before 1pm.

Saturday came and went, no delivery. The online Tracking System only said that my order has been placed... not dispatched. So on Sunday I emailed via the online email form. Monday was Bank Holiday, so I wasn't expecting a reply until Tuesday. No reply on Tuesday, still no delivery, so I emailed again.

Wednesday, still no delivery and no email reply. Can only find 0800 0015150 as a telephone number, but it doesn't work.

Thursday my delivery comes! A week late. They took my money out last Friday so I was afraid they'd done a runner, so I'm just glad it's arrived now. Then I open the box... wrong flavour, even though the invoice says the correct flavour :( And I absolutely hate Fruit Punch! I know I could send back, but it's taken a week for these to arrive! By the time I send these back and wait for the correct order I will have been 3 weeks without supplements.

I go online to chat to a customer services person, but they don't want to listen and advise sending an email. I explain that I've sent 2 emails already with no reply after 7 days (they say they will repond with 24 hours!!!). Now there's no answer from the online person... typical. So I send an email... AGAIN. Not expecting a reply though :(

Basically, I've ordered from loads of companies online for supplements, and this one is the worst. I'll be going back to JM Nurition I think (found on ebay).

Like a few peole have mentioned here, it's all well and good giving good low prices, but I'd rather pay a bit more and ACTUALLY receive my items on time and the correct flavour!!!

Wonder if I'll get a reply from the MD now???

I won't be recommending this site to my teammates.

I am appalled about the service or lack of service from this company. I've been ordering from this site for more than a year now. The past 3 orders took 2 weeks to arrive, even though the money was taken from my account. I've called everyday to get an estimated delivery date, only to be told every day "tomorrow" for the past week. Enough is enough. I'll rather pay higher prices for my supplements, and have the peace of mind that my order will actually arrive on time. I've even been told that I had my order sent back - and it's not even left the warehouse!!! The staff could at least be honest about it and not lie!!

Excellent company

I buy online with Bodysourceonline.co.uk and think the service they provide is superb. As a regular online shopper I always look out for the SAFE BUY logo. If a shopping site is a member of SAFE BUY this means if you do not get your goods SAFE BUY will pursue the company that is a member of there site from who you have purchased from.

Bodysourceonline.co.uk are a member of SAFE BUY and would be unable to conduct there business online the way some of the statements have been presented on here.

If a site is a member they are 99% guaranteed to provide a great service.

Bodysourceonline are paying members of this ONLINE GOVERNED BODY and would be hammered if they did not send out goods the way some people have posted on this site.

Instead of posting why not just call SAFE BUY and they would rectify this problem immediately for you after all there certificate and phone number is on the Bodysourceonline web site available by just clicking on the certificate.

If you ask me like some of the other customers who can see through the so called bad posts on here, it Looks like the competition can't compete and are trying to show Bodysourceonline for something they are not, and that is a bad company. In fact it is quite the opposite they are a superb company for online shopping and they have my full recommendation as well as my loyal custom.

I guess it hurts the competitors who over charge online to be second best to Bodysourceonline, but don't worry because blagger only allows one post from one email address and I suspect they will running out of email addresses to use. IT'S PATHETIC!!!

Just visit Bodysourceonline and read all the companies that they are payed members of to protect online shoppers like you and me, if they didn't have a superb standard of service they would be out of business within 1 Month, because Companies like SAFE BUY would not allow it and to be also members of hacker safe it shows they care about there customers privacy and credit card protection.

Well I replied to the comments posted by bodysource and sent an email with all the necessary details requested to the email address stated

This was sent on Friday. I have not heard back.

I did receive my goods however he states that would not be an issue. I even offered to give him a call and let him know a customers perspective on there website and how to improve it from a buyers point of view.

This isn't doing much for my opinion on them, one would have thought they would be all over replies sent to that addy sharpish i.e. within 24hours

Hi All. I read the comments on Blagger and thought I had lost my money. As with most people I got no response to several Emails and the same lack of response from the phone numbers provided. Placed an order on 2nd Jan which was not received. To be fair to BSO I have to say that I Emailed the MD at the address he provided and the goods arrived two days later (26th Jan). Its just a shame you have to go to these lengths to get your goods. This is the first time after several hassle free orders that they let me down so I am still reserving judgement. May give them one last try as they are extremely competitive.

Mr order number is 39582. On the 7th of january the money was taken out of my account. I did not receive a DHL tracking order number which i then emailed back to get and recieved an automated message about closure over christmas which was fair enough. They said they would have my delivery with me the next day at my work address in Cambridge. I have repeatedly emailed and have had no response since my order. I just would like a full refund for 65.29. I phoned trading standards so i know my consumer rights and will take further action againt them if you continue to ignore myself.

I am the Managing Director of Bodysourceonline.co.uk. And I am here on this forum to present and defend any genuine queries concerning my very successful online company. Until recently I have ignored this forums reviews as some of the posts are quite obviously from non buying consumers and are beyond a reply, however there is a legitimate order number on here and the user name does tie in with that of the complainer.

I am all for discussion forums when used correctly. Firstly allow me to address the so called non answering of phones. This is a small issue that will be dealt with and we recognise the growth of our business needs now to be focused on attending to consumer care. We have been so discount focused and analytic driven for online dominance we have taken our eye off of the number one priority and that is customer communication an care.

In our defense some delivery delays are down to consumers not being at the designated address.

We are a members of ICR, which is an encrypted piece of software which sits in the shopping cart and reads address details upon check out, If there is discrepancies with the address IE the Delivery Address our ICR system will instruct us to re-route the item to the card address, without warning to the consumer for Credit Identity Theft Prevention.

If the consumer is recognised upon a second order this will not happen as our system will recognise the second order without any adverse reports sent to ICR by Bodysourceonline indicating a smooth transaction on the last order allowing it to go to the designated address.

Also I am on here because on Jan 2008 we issued multi cease and desist notices for libelous content which are in breech of "The Misuse Of The Digital Web Space ACT 1979". Google have removed the posts from our search index and a note is at the bottom of the Google search page with a full description of the forums who are either owned and run by rival supplement companies that have deliberately tried to detriment our well established online business and other small start up companies.

unlike ourselves who dominate the online discount supplement market, small companies may get serious damaged by way of loss of revenue from this behaviour and it is a sickening tactic that needs to stop, they do this by posing as legitimate customers and abusing Google's search index for Key words in this case Company names that are recognised such as Bodysourceonline.co.uk.

However the main reason for me coming on here and posting our details is to personally guarantee any one who buys online with us that if you are a genuine consumer and you ever have any issue please email me directly on Mail@bodysourceonline.co.uk and you will be refunded in full if we are found to be at fault. Both shipments have arrived, from monster supps and bodysource

bodysource required 11 days and monster 48hours (both stated 48hours)

It is the real lack of communication and response from bodysource which has caused what could be one of the best online supp retailers to be one of the worst.

I do not believe I will buy from them in the future as even though I save financially the stress of when / if my order is going to arrive is not worth it.

If they pulled there fingers out and actually answered emails / phones then yes they would need to employ more people , which could push prices up however they would have an increased customer base and this would provide the extra income to pay for the employees and so keep the prices down

makes business sense,

My package was delivered yesterday - 16th Jan.
I supplied my work address for it to be delivered to but it was delivered to my billing address.
It took one week to receive my order - which I'm not that bothered by. But it is the complete lack of availibility and support from this company that bugged me.
The lack of communication had me worried at times that it wasn't a legitimate company.

Two thumbs down for service and communication.

Made an order 9th Jan and I'm still waiting.
It's now the 16th Jan.

Both phone numbers supplied dont' work - they are either engaged or it rings out completely. Check it out for yourself!
I dont' believe there's anyone behind the line.

I emailed the parcel tracking email address on the 14th and got a response on the 15th saying I should give it another day.
It's now the 16th and I have and still no package.

I can only guess they are a legitimate company with poor customer service.

I have emailed them once again today and will wait for a response.

I will definitely keep this updated.

I placed an order with the company on the 4th January. I chased them up and got a reply after 2 days stating the warehouse had been closed. fair enough i thought. i left it again for a few days, still no product.

I emailed asking for the tracking number, with no responce.

after another couple of emails chasing it up i got a reply stating it would be chased with teh warehouse manager- a few days later still no product.

It has been 14 days now since i placed the order and i havnt recieved the goods.

placed on the 6th Jan, no replies to emails still, no one answers the phone.

I have called at variety times and on numerous days

My bank have been contacted and I will let them deal with it as the order was over £100 on my credit card and therefore covered by the consumer credit act

I have even customer housed the company and will be phoning up the director of the company tomorrow

if package does arrive I will be returning to sender p&p not paid

This company sucks, I have ordered my goods with monster supps on Friday..

lets see which arrives first ;)

I have read many reviews on this company and to be honest I think most of them are not from real consumers.

In the interest of believability I would like to note my order Number as 49200. I have placed over a dozen orders with this business and they are a very reputable online retailer. I think if you scour the net you are now starting to find an obvious trend of expensive Supplement Companies posing as consumers giving a spiel of bad service relating to one particular company in this case probably the cheapest online retailer of supplements on the net Bodysourceonline.

In the real world this does not happen, no real consumer would even think of that. If you have had bad service state your order number and give a description of your complaint. Do not plug other companies because you lose the credibility of your self and the URL of the business you are plugging.

Review forums should be used for just that REVEIWS. Not from other retailers trying to persuade people who love a bargain to buy with them buy saying, hey don't buy there its cheap but you wont get your goods. Guess what I got my stuff the next day AGAIN. FUNNY THAT EH!!!!!!

Well I am starting to get worried. I placed an order with this company on Sunday 6th Jan and they say 24 hour delivery on working days which would indicate Tuesday 8th, Thursday 10th Jan has been and gone and still nothing.

I emailed them several times (would have only been once if they replied) to obtain my UPS tracking no or just an update on my parcel. However the only reply I received was

"Dear Customer
Due to the Christmas closure our warehouse only re-opened yesterday due to our courier being closed for the Christmas period also.
We are sorry for the delay in you receiving your goods but your order is being worked on and will be with you shortly.

We would like to wish you a Happy New Year."

According to their website, where there are many contradicting bits of info they reopened on the 2nd Jan so I don't quite know what is going on here. Think this is just a cut and paste job.

I have tried to phone them and the line is either engaged or just rings out (not even an answer phone or a ring back option)

I normally buy from monster supplements, discount supplements.co.uk, explosive nutrition and on the odd occasion ebay. however I thought there prices seemed to be good but more importantly they sold items the other stores did not carry so I thought I would give them ago. I have a bad feeling that I will not receive my order.

If I do not receive my order by Monday or indeed info pertaining to my order I will be contacting my bank and starting whatever procedures they suggest.

If the positive posts here are indeed from genuine customers then I guess I am just having a bad experience however if they are employees from the company themselves surely if you spent the time actually fulfilling the orders yourself and not writing fake posts on forums there would be good recommendations all over the place.

I am at present not happy with my experience. I will keep people here informed of my progress

and no I don't own or am affiliated to any of the above sites mentioned in any form other then a consumer

I have placed an order on 1st january 2008. Order number 39455. I have not received my order let alone a tracking number or responses to my 5 emails. I will now be taking this company to a small claims court with my added costs for time. stay away from this compnay. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. no reply, no tracking number yet debited my account straight away.

Bodysourceonline is a poor company. Notice how the people who submit good reviews do not even have an order number. And their tendency is to go "BUY BUY BUY" or "Brilliant, Brilliant, Brilliant". Bet they are all written by the same person. My order number is 38893 and done on the 18th of December 2007. It's the 7th of January and goods still not here. Have already lodged a complaint with HSBC and they should be in touch with me and the company soon. Also, to track lies, spot the word "there" when it should be "their". I think all the good reviews have been written by one person. Ridiculous!!! The mistakes are on their site too. Surprise, surprise! No number given on their site! No point of contact except through emails. DONT EVER BUY FROM BODYSOURCEONLINE.CO.UK. worst thing you could ever do. dont trust me though. type "bodysourceonline complaints" in google and you'll be convinced! period! I now purchase from affordablesupplements or bodyactive-online.co.uk. Goods should be arriving tomorrow. I will lodge a police report if they do not refund me my money soon.

I have a complaint of my own and have read some of the others and can sympathise. I am also amazed that some people think that just because the price is cheaper than elsewhere that it is ok it seems suspicious

If the previous complaints were not specific enough, here is mine and frankly I cant see that any of the complaints could be any more specific

I ordered goods to the value of £114.00 with a gauranteed 24hour express delivery on 20th December. it is now 7th Jan. There is also gauranteed prompt reply to e-mails sent during business hours. There is also a gauranteed no quibble returns policy.

I have not received my goods in 24 hours.

I have not had prompt replies to my e-mials.

I have not received my money after asking for it back.

I have reported the matter to my bank and my insurers can sort it out. I have rejected the goods for breach of contract and will not accept any attempted delivery. it is a shame as between my training partner and I we spend about £100 per month on supplements.

I am also a bit angry as I have run out of all my supplements. Something which does not please the types of people who buy these products. Ask a bodybuilder if he would rather pay an extra £5.00 or be without his supplements for over 2 weeks. Trust me it is! a no-brainer but not in the way some people are trying to suggest.

AN ADDITION TO MY PREVIOUS POSTED COMPLAINT. I HAVE TODAY RECEIVED MY PACKAGE - ORDER NUMBER 38136 - SHAME NO ONE COULD KEEP ME UP TO DATE ON WHAT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER WAS. ORDERED 5TH DECEMBER - PACKAGE POSTED 13TH DECEMBER - RECEIVED 24TH DECEMBER.

I placed an order with Bodysourceonline on 5th of December order no. 38136 - money was immediately taken out of my account. It is now 22nd December. One of their phone lines is unavailable. The other one no one ever answers it. I, like a previous complainant, have sent emails to every email address on their site and have not had one reply. I do this every other day. The emails don't come back as undelivered so they are obviously getting through. I have checked the status of my order by logging into my account with them and it states that the goods have been invoiced, dispatched and completed - how can this be when I have not received the goods and I cannot get through to the company to ask them to chase up my order - anyone else tried to phone them recently?

This retailer is excellent. I have been ordering online with them for well over a year. Have never been disappointed and always save huge amounts. Why don't you email them as I just did, and got my tracking number for an order I placed on Friday 14th December 2007 5 Minutes after sending the email. And just tracked them and my goods are in transit. My order number was 40878. In reply to the post below you must have ordered ages ago with that order number. But I am all for replying to people who slate online retailers. Fair enough, you say your goods where late, but to say you never get an answer is untrue. You should review what email address your sending them because I would always recommend Bodysourceonline.

Many say its been a great for them but sadly for me its the worst customer service i have ever had. I ordered my stuff online from their website on 7th Nov and yet to receive my stuff and it 6th Dec. I had mailed them around 7 times but got no reply. Dont even have a courtesy to call and tell me what is going on. My order No is 36362. I dont know where else to turn. I dont even know where to complain.I tell it from my heart their Customer Service is absolute joke. so don't bother mailing them, you wont get a response.

I believe that this online retailer is the best in the UK for online supplements and here is my reasons why. I have been buying online for a number of years now and have never had a supplement company who offers single purchase discounts. For example the only way you would get get a discount if you reordered half a dozen of the one item.

Bodysourceonline.co.uk is a single purchase constant discount supplement retailer. I think the posts on here are from competitors who just know they cant compete on a pricing structure with this online retailer.

My wife also buys her Fake Bake with them and her discount is unbelievable on a single purchase, IE she pays £14.50 and the retail or discounted rate online from any of the other companies is something like £19.99. Guys check this supplement retailer out and buy for your self and you will soon see that there service pricing and speed of delivery is second to none. The posts on here about not getting goods for month etc,is just not true.

Check the website www.bodysourceonline.co.uk and see how many cert marks and consumer protection programs they are enrolled in and that will tell you in its own right just how customer focused this business is. All that aside there supplements are just disgustingly cheap and service is second to none.


Bodysourceonlin rules the online supplement discounts for me any way.

I have ordered my 5th Delivery with Bodysourceonline.co.uk and again my goods arrived on time and the free shaker as promised in their advertisements.

I am a little bemused by some of the unspecific so called complaintscomments about this online retailer. If you read the complaints they are very unclear on what they are actually complaining about, no specific detail of the complaint in general just all generic bitching of how cheap this online supplement retailer is.

I agree with the other consumer I have never known any consumer buying any where online to actualy highlight not to buy with a company because it is so cheap.

If anything all you are doing is driving trafic to Bodysourceonlines web site. And quite rightly so, as I can guarantee from personal experience time and time again Bodysourceonline deliver always, and their prices are what appears to be causing a competitive bitch are the cheapest online, and are definately worth buying from for savings.

They are featured in an article for ICR www.internetchargebackregister.co.uk for their success in the prevention of online chargebacks and where also interviewed on "Tonight with Trevor Mcdonald on channel 3 for the dangers on Fat Burners if taking without advise. Not exactly what I would call an unreputable company. Exactly the opposite if you ask me.

Bodysourceonline are the cheapest online retailer of supplements in Europe FACT! So give it up on the Bitching Mr Competitor and drop your prices that way we will type posts like this about your compnay. It is also a little strange that you never here of any other supplement company on any forums, that also tells you the volume and popularity of this online retailer.

I bought goods from Bodysourceonline.co.uk on Tue at 9.20am, and received my parcel 2.23pm on the wed. I saved approx £39.00 on my total order and my goods where packed safely and delivered fast.

What I cant understand from some of the adverse posts is that although they may be genuine, and I dont care if they are or if they are not. But they seem a little suspicious when they mention statements like dont buy just to save money?? WHY!!!

Why would you mention that if you where in fact just disgruntled with a service. Or why would you mention I bought goods at a £140 and I am waiting over a week, with no real back ground information on the actual complaint. I do think that some of the adverse posts on here are in fact from competitors. My ordr number was 40989, just for the record and cost me £287.

Also if you are going to post adverse information and come accross as a genuine consumer then dont bitch about how cheap the goods where. I dont know any consumer who complains of saving money.

Ok if the service is bad then you compalin. I bought twice from Bodysourceonline now and have had no problems just quick deliveries and big savings. And I aint no employee either. So I highly recommend this company to any one who wants to save on supplements as there website speaks for itself in comparison to all the other competitors sites. And they are Mediated by Safe Buy.

Bodysourceonline Highly recommended.

Anyone tried to inform police about that?I ordered parcel for 140 pounds and I'am waiting more then week....
If this parcel will not arrive on next week I will do something 140 pounds is a lot of money for me so i hope that i receive parcel or my money
