After reading all the other reviews - I feel very stupid! In future I'll make sure I check this site before ordering any tickets through an agency. My story is very similar to everyone else's. I ordered tickets for a show, was told I'd receive them by special delivery (they even went to the effort of calling me) - but they never showed up!
Bought 2 tickets from Hungary based LTS for Take That at NEC. Money taken in March- no tickets 1 day before. After countless ignored emails & calls finally told to meet at NEC at 7pm. Supplied with fake tickets - will be taking them to court unless we get full refund.Called to complain and was told that £161 was "a measly amount" and then hung up. Unbelievably bad service and rude staff.
I recieved my tickets for The Foo Fighters gig for the O2,17th Nov on the morning of the event. To be fair to the LTS they did contact me on the night before, gave me a tracking number and sent the tickets via pre 9 a.m delivery.
I was also upgraded to one of the best seats in the house so was well chuffed.
I guess I may have been lucky, or determined, as I had sent them 100 e-mails, bombarded their phone lines for over two hours continuously and also sent them texts; though they did deliver!
I don't think I would use them again as my heart would not take the strain; though just wanted to reassure people that all is not lost until the event begins.Good luck!
