I booked 2 tickets to see Ronan Keating for 17th March and not received my tickets. I was told I would get 3rd row seats thats why I booked with them. I have tried to get in touch with them by e-mail due to no contact numbers available and they have been redirected to me. I am so disappointed and feel it's so unfair that they are still getting away with this and still advertising so called events! I will NEVER book via a company like this again and will go straight to the theatre holding the event no matter what seats are still available it's not worth the dissapointment.

Bought tickets from them in Nov 2008 for take that concert in manchester.
Tickets were £260.00 and for tonight 26 june 2009.
Tickets never arrived so am in bits, I emailed them and got a 1 line reply, much like an automated one saying. you will recieve a refund for tickets only in 3 - 4 weeks.
what good is that and will I get my money back, I presume not
I would not recommend them to anyone and would encourage people to stay clear..

Have read lots of negative comments re londonticketsexpress.com, and would like to tell of my recent experience with them. I ordered 4 tickets from them for Oasis at Murrayfield last night, 17th June 2009. I had 2 emails from them confirming my ticket order and 2 phone calls giving me the office number and courier mobile number who would meet us at the venue with our tickets. Well, after reading all the negative comments about this company, we drove through to Murrayfield with great trepidation. No need at all for us to have worried, the courier was where he said he would be, when he said he would be there and couldn't have been more pleasant, considering I had called him four times as I couldn't find him, my fault, not his. I phoned the office number today as I have ordered a ticket for Take That at Hampden tomorrow, and although they have contacted me three times re this ticket, I wanted to make sure they really did have a functioning office. Office staff couldn't have been more helpfull and friendly. I will definately use Londonticketsexpress.com again.

I purchased tickets from this company in October 2008 for a concert in June 2009.

The concert is due to take place in Dublin on Saturday. It is now Thursday afternoon, the tickets have not arrived and the company are not responding to e-mails.

Flights have been purchased and hotel accommodation paid for.

I do not have any faith that this company is at all geniune.

Never Again!!

We booked Tickets to see Oasis in London for the October tour back in Aug. We chased up the tickets several times to be told that they are waiting to receive the tickets from their supplier.

We was due to go and see the band on the Friday and had a call on the Wednesday night saying that there had been a mix up with the tickets and they only had tickets for the Thursday show, Which this was no good to us as we had family flying down from Scotland to also see them and we where working and take 3 hours to drive to London. Was told to send an email to them, to request a full refund which would be actioned straight away and we are still waiting for the money!! Waiting for over £400.00 to be refunded!

Have sent several emails to chase only to be told that the bank is dealing with the refunds and thanking us for our patience!

So please don't get caught out like we have!!

This company is still trading - still taking money and still failing to supply the tickets.

Despite e-mails and phone calls from the company promising tickets for Iron Maiden in July 08 would arrive the morning of the concert, the company failed to supply them.

This company has now gone out of business. I've attached a link to the insolvency website.
It's unlikely that we will all get our money back, but it's got to be worth a try.

Good Luck.

High Court closes Ticket companies

Mar 25 2008

Four companies that operated as ticket touts through internet websites, have been wound up in the High Court following an investigation by Companies Investigation Branch ("CIB") of the Insolvency Service.

London Ticket Shop Limited, London Ticket Shop Szolgaltato Es Kereskedelmi Korlatolt Felelossegu Tarasarag and MLT Services Limited advertised for sale, tickets for pop and rock concerts, festivals and sporting events. The companies used the trading styles London Ticket Shop www.londonticketshop.co.uk and London Ticket Market www.londonticketmarket.com . As a result of the companies'
activities, there had been a considerable number of complaints from members of the public concerning the failure to receive tickets they had paid for in advance, resulting in significant media coverage.

Ticketout Limited was incorporated to provide a bank account for Ticket Tout Limited which had its bank facilities withdrawn. Ticket Tout Limited which is in liquidation with its affairs being dealt with by the Official Receiver, had also operated in a similar way as a secondary ticket agency.

The Court heard that Michael Rangos was behind the operation of the four companies wound up, although he attempted to conceal this involvement from the CIB investigation. The investigation found that tickets had been sold which the companies had not got or in some cases the tickets did not exist. Registrar Simmonds said he had read the evidence and was very satisfied that there had been a conspiracy to defraud the public and benefit the particular "gentleman" behind the companies.

The registered office of London Ticket Shop Szolgaltato Es Kereskedelmi KFT is H-2049 Diosd, Krisztina u.26., Hungary

The registered office of London Ticket Shop Limited is The Ground Floor, Buckingham Court, 78 Buckingham Gate, London, SW1E 6PE.

The registered office of MLT Services Limited is Office 502, 5FI Ermis House, 31 Christidoulou Sozou St, Nicosia, 1096. Cyprus.

The registered office of Ticketout Ltd is 18 Soho Square, London, W1D 3QL.

Petitions to wind up the four companies were presented on 1 February 2008 under s124A of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Official Receiver was appointed as provisional liquidator of London Ticket Shop Szolgaltato Es Kereskedelmi KFT, London Ticket Shop Limited, MLT Services Limited and Ticketout Limited on 5 February 2008. The companies went into compulsory liquidation on 19 March 2008.

All public enquiries concerning the affairs of the companies should be made to:

We booked an 8 seater box for REM at the Royal Albert Hall for almost £3,000... as the date approached and the tickets did not arrive we came across blagger and came to be increasingly apprehensive about whether we would get them or not... well yesterday they were personally had delivered by courrier.... so not sure what that means in general but have some faith!

 upyourstreater at 21st Mar 2008, 01:51PM
My housemate bought Cure tickets from this site in its previous incarnation and they have not arrived.

She will now have to claim the moeny back from her credit card company.

This site should be avoided as it is does not deliver the tickets you purchase.

For example at the moment it is offering tickets to Reading and Leeds festivals, which have not been released yet.

Check out this article:
http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2008/feb/16/consumeraffairs

And this site, which applies to the site she actually purchased her tickets from, now in liqudation:

I have nothing but nice things to say about this company! All the negative comments seem to be by a single person with a grievance - surely thats not representative at all! Anyway based on my amazing experience I would definitely use again = highly recommended! A

This company does NOT have an allocation for tickets anywhere
It is a ticket tout website run by people who have caused misery to hundreds, possibly thousands of people, and who have been closed down by the government on previous occasions
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

 Markland1 at 19th Feb 2008, 11:12PM
Londonticketshop under a different name

See under the entries for Londonticketshop

Do not touch this ticket tout website with a barge pole

 Markland1 at 19th Feb 2008, 07:49PM
Beware of people from this company posting on here to try and convince you to buy from them.

You WILL get ripped off by them!

This company is the old Londonticketshop and Londonticketmarket operating under a different name.

The address in Hungary is even the same!

Read their terms and conditions!

 Markland1 at 19th Feb 2008, 01:54PM

This company is nothing more than the old londonticketshop.co.uk and Londonticketmarket under a different name

The same address in Hungary

This company has already been mentioned in the Guardian Newspaper and on BBC's Watchdog

If you buy from this company you will end up with no tickets the same as they did on Londonticketshop.co.uk
