I have just been stung by this company.... I used the online service for two years, then to find out there is an automatic renewal for 12 months, which you are un-aware of until you read there terms and conditions... You don't actually see the terms and conditions until you login, and they are never emailed/eplained or posted to you. Also the price doubled......

1. To terminate your agreement with Creditsafe.com you must provide Creditsafe.com with written notice, that you do not wish your agreement to be renewed, at least 30 days before the date on which the agreement is due to end [You must retain dated proof of such]. Failing this your agreement will be renewed automatically for a further 12 Months.
