my pet dog has continued illness they have increased my premium from £18 99/year to £38 99 per year.this is MORE THAN I pay per month for medication for my dog.It now means they are paying nothing back to me,in fact I am paying them.So much for their guarantees to pay for continued illnesses. my dog has diabetes.
