Lots of people have (including myself) and have lost thousands of pounds. They used to go under the name 'london ticket shop' which was closed last year by the OFT. They are now trading under a new name of 'london tickets express'...it's the same company. Please do not waste your money. If you are really stuck for last minute tickets, viagogo are good (i had to buy last minute celine dion tickets for my mums 50th from them recently after london ticket shop failed to deliver...) they are based in london and have english operators. But please do not go with london tickets express!!
