I ordered a Samsung cable in March and received confirmation order number on 30.3.08. No money was taken from my account. After two weeks and many unanswered phone calls and emails . I gave up.On returning from holiday 6.5.08 I noticed money had been taken from my account on 30.4.08.I managed to contact Richard Hopleyby phone on 8.5.08. He is SICK IN BED WITH BROKEN RIBS FROM FALLING DOWNSTAIRS. He is aware of the problem and is in a mess at the moment.I sarcastically asked him if his illness had lasted over the last 6months or more as complaints had been recorded over this period of time.He said he could not use the computer to answer emails ,but I reminded him he was able to use the computer to respond to new orders so why not respond to emails and further more why not notify his bank to refrain from taking customers money until he was able to function again ,I heard all the excuses possible. He does have my goods but I want a refund. It took nearly 20 mins for him to tell me I had 2 choices,,, one was wait until he was up on his feet, or make a charge back from my bank card supplier. After a long discussion he has agreed to send me a cheque today I WAIT WITH BAITED BREATH.He informed me his website is now up and running and taking money from unsuspected customers but with little will to post the goods despite having a merchant bank Account with Nat West. This Guy has major problems with his health!!! and business My advice avoid but I am annoyed he is allowed to keep his website running and defrauding people out of their money.I reminded him of this and he voice was garbled, confused and when I suggested his behaviour was fraudulent he said it was merely "distance selling rules".
My advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID.
