I recently used this company to carry out a garage conversion, they were recommended to me by a friend who had an big extension built at their back door. I must say that I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and value for money, the outside brickwork and all finishings were spot on and inside was completed with requested finishes and looks great. The building doesn't even look as though it's had a conversion it looks as though it's been built this way! They were in and out in no time and were also very tidy and considerate towards my family. I'd definitely recommend this company the owner is a very easy going and aimed to pleased, a quality that's hard to find nowadays!
I can honestly say using this company has been one of the worst experiences of my life (and I talk as a recovered cancer sufferer).
They were paid for brickwork which was out by 20% in places (50mm cavity went from 38mm to 49mm).
They were paid for and provided scaffolding which was incomplete and unsafe. They took it away and kept my money (£700).
As the matter is still ongoing I will not detail too much, but I had to call the police.
They also damaged my neighbours garage and refused to repair the damage they caused.
