after reading a comment on this site i can only say i strongly disagree with the blagger,i had this compant to install 10 windows,3 doors and my victorian conservatory at a very competitive prices,to myself and my husband.I found their product to be excellent,from the moment we choose dalmatian,we were contacted by sales, survey and installations department,which i may add were absolutely amazing,the communication skills were second to none,after all work was completed a final inspection was done,on all our products before we handed over any monies to the company .i would certainly recommened dalmatian to anyone,and a special thanks to there installations manager mr.cross for all his help and advice,myself and my husband certainly will come back again if we ever need anymore top quality products from dalmatian, happy barking to you all and we wish your company all the best in the futures yours mrs and mr x 10 out 0f ten |

I want the whole of the uk to know what an awful company this is! I do not know how anyone working for that company can sleep at night,knowing they are ripping so many people off. I applied for a loan of 9,000 pounds with a repayment of 207 per month,they hounded me every day to actually send the paper work back. When i payed the registration of 59 pounds,i happened to come across this site,and read all the negative comments, So i tried to cancel the fee,what a bloody nightmare that was,they would not let me cancel it,they kept passing me about from one person to the next,when infact they had already taken my money,and where trying to take more using my debit card details,i spoke to my bank,and they said they had recieved so many complaints about this company it was scary! I reported them to trading standerds and i hand to cancel my debit card. I will never see that 59 pounds i just know it. africa at 9th May 2008, 05:52PM |

well i was indeed taken in by these people...very misleading they were..they managed to wip my £49.50 out of my account in seconds and all they were interested in when i rang was 'i see on our system you still owe us the fee' those were the first words out of there mouths each time, anyway i requested a refund telling them they were omitting to tell the customers some important info namely that a third party was required to quarrantee the loan and that they were'nt the primary lendor but they had a company called flm who would definately loan me the money.... by that time i'd had enough..i felt i was going around in circles...i am still waiting for my refund 5 days later and still recieving texts and paperwork and phone calls from them...something should be done about these people. franklunn at 9th May 2008, 05:38PM |

do not buy from this company. Lots of people have (including myself) and have lost thousands of pounds. They used to go under the name 'london ticket shop' which was closed last year by the OFT. They are now trading under a new name of 'london tickets express'...it's the same company. Please do not waste your money. If you are really stuck for last minute tickets, viagogo are good (i had to buy last minute celine dion tickets for my mums 50th from them recently after london ticket shop failed to deliver...) they are based in london and have english operators. Due to the water damage from last years flooding I had to get a new kichen. I wanted it to look as close to my old kitchen as possible, which I am told was a "Oakley" kitchen. I went through this company who told me that they do this range under a different name. seeing as it was the cheapest offer I was given, I chose to go with them. I had thusfar not heard of Rock Solid Kitchens , so gave them the go-ahead, paid my deposit and although they told me I could have delivery as soon as next week I had them wait while I had someone look at the walls behind my existing kitchen units to assess the water damage. after a few weeks everything was sorted, and i was ready to have my delivery.The next week I and my builders installed the kitchen in, and now my kitchen looks nearly identical to how the old one ooked when it was brand new. Utter trash. I have had a pretty bad experience with these guys which will cost me money, all because the do not keep a record of tracking numbers. I sold an item on eBay in mid january 2008 and it arrived with the buyer within 2 days, excellent i thought, he signed for it, and left me positive feedback. Now at the beginning of may 2008 he has issued a chrgback for the item, saying it was unauthorised use of his card. I have asked royal mail if i can get the tracking number as i have the address where it was sent from, where it went and when i sent it. I have been told no, we do not keep a record of the tracking number so we can not help. Without this vital piece of info i am going to be out of pocket as i need it to prove it went to his actual address and it was he who signed for it. paid this company £200 deposit cash for a £2000 kitchen.They have failed to honour their contract with me.This is a company who sets itself the lowest of standards and consistently fails to achieve them.Please log your grievance with trading standards as it will help with putting an end to this.no company should be paid or ask for a cash deposit as it cannot be traced.i`m now tracking the agent who took my money and will submit a blog at a later date.The virus of rock solid has spread to northern ireland. christy10 at 8th May 2008, 04:09PM |
