| Framebow | Ordered a chicken coop from them on 26 April - was promised delivery in 2 to 3 weeks but it eventually turned up on the 3 July, with various promised delivery dates missed, and little response to my emails/phone calls. When it did arrive there were no instructions, and when these were emailed not only weren't they very clear but they also had some errors which made assembly problematic. Also a few broken bits (not their fault) which they promised to replace ASAP but I'm still waiting over two weeks later. They keep promising to phone me back but hardly ever do. Quite a nice design of coop but I wish I hadn't ordered it as the customer service is so bad - it would have been nice to have had some kind of apology but that never happened grumpyman at 22nd Jul 2009, 06:28PM |
