| Smart Witness | Bought a smart witness camera whilst trying to update the firmware the camera kept looping so I had to turn it off and this caused it to die. I contacted the company and they told me it will cost me £75 to look at it but also said I wouldn't bother just buy a new one, they only cost £190 VAT. Oh boy I didn't think I will be buying anything else from them. No customer service at all. Be warned the camera is wicked and worth every penny but if it goes wrong, well erm just buy another! | Framebow | Update….. Had several phone calls from this company asking me to remove my review! I did point out to them that this is my opinion and I have the right to share this, they seemed to be pretty peeved about this and said I was harming their business. I told them if I wanted to be funny I could contact trading standards and demand all my money back as the stated height of the pen run was wrong, Its not 6ft. as I am 5ft 8 and I cant stand up in it. The reply I got was we have had to lower the height because the pen didn’t fit in the couriers van and we have several breakages!!! Is that my problem? Again can I stress this is a great looking pen! I don’t call it a cat pen because it isn’t and never will be. In my opinion a cat pen should have a second door internally for you to access your cat without it escaping! That’s why you have a cat pen to stop your loved animal escaping. I made a big mistake buying something just because it looks good and regret it! DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. Update FrameBow did try and resolve my issues but that was only if I removed my review which I was unhappy to do. |
| Framebow | Ordered a cat pen was promised delivery 2 times and both times nothing arrived so lost 2 days holiday sitting at home. After sending an email complaining I did get a text message while i was at work to say my pen was delivered and left on my drive. errrr. It also had no instructions, what is this company like?! The pen is good looking but not worth the £1090 i paid! but i did and im gutted. I would say its worth no more than £800 and thats at a push. Customer service or lack of i should say.. Nice pen but i would recomend you see one in the flesh to make sure its what you want. i live in Hertforshire and wouldnt mind you contacting me to have a look at mine..
