| Framebow | I'm astonished by the comments on here about Framebow. I bought the Bow coop with external nest box and have been utterly delighted with the product. I had hundreds of questions prior to purchasing to the point that I'm surprised they wanted to deal with me as a customer but they were all answered politely, quickly and patiently. People have noted the expense....I can only think they haven't really thought about the cost of materials, the time it would take to make something to the spec and quality, let alone take account of their fixed costs (e.g. van insurance, company insurance etc) their other costs e.g electricity, rates, rent etc. On the day of delivery they were subject to some events out of their control however I was kept informed and they went over and above the call of duty working into the cold winter night. I really feel for them having such negative feedback on this site as they are such wonderful hardworking and well meaning people. This isn't some faceless corporate money making machine of a company rather some people who are clearly passionate about what they do and how they do it.  aidlesultan at 25th Mar 2011, 03:28PM |
