| Weatherseal | we paid a deposit on 19th of december and had to cancel the next day due to severe family emergency.still dont have the £600 deposit back after numerious calls from them trying to get us to still go ahead i kept asking for our deposit back have now been told it wont be processed til 5th of march and can take 21 days after that!!!!! shocked and really upset with this company and will not be returning to them.very quick to get your money but aweful customer service. hirst at 14th Feb 2012, 10:18AM |
