| Weatherseal | Seriously can't believe I got sucked in by this company! Firstly I'm convinced they are breaching the regulations surrounding TPS yet they still continued to call and harass me trying to sell their products and services. Where the hell they found my number I will never know as I'm ex-directory??? Anyway I was in need of a couple of windows and was sick of the harassment so I agreed to an appointment and I'm sorry I did. The salesman turned up, he spent over 4 hours at my home trying to convince me I need new all round providing me with a quote of over £15,000!!! Then started the call to his manager trick trying to obtain me a discount... in the end 50% was agreed if I signed the contract on the night!!! It was only when my husband arrived home the salesman seen sence and left. I understand this company has gone in administration in the past and wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw them. looking into it I understand they are heavily associated with Zenith windows who happened to call not long after offering a reduced deal. Terrible company to deal with, advise you don't touch them with a barge poll! |
