I to have had alleged conversations with this company, in relation to Fire protection booklets etc etc etc. Had one person talk to me and stated I owed X amount for advertsing, when I asked for proof, I was told plates had already been set in process and couldn't be changed.
I informed them that I would like to see first of all any artwork proofs and then actually see the 'booklet' my business was supposed to have been included in, then I asked for a FULL recording of the conversation.
I have enough trouble getting my business up and running, than spending time answering calls for items I have not ordered.
I have found this site via directgov.org. That has been useful, to say the least, to others out there who are having similar problems with these kind of calls.
